everything was very good but the breakfast was exceptional & the desk staff were very warm & helpful. tram was just a two minute walk from hotel & U could be in downtown Prague in twenty minutes. if U like McDonald's ( i dont) there was one just three doors away from hotel............

While this hotel is a little off the beaten path, it is very accessible and easy to get to, from downtown Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the travelers was sick for a whole day, and said that the hotel room was very comfortable to stay in.

There was trash scattered all over the front and sides of the building. Rooms were tiny but the bathroom was spacious. The location looks a little unsafe but across the street from the mall. Staff was nice.

For the price that I paid, I really can't complain about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but I couldn't stand the half-glass door in the shower. There was a bath tub but it was very slippery. The water flooded everywhere after I took a shower. I made a big mess. I really don't know if it's possible to take shower without Noah's Flood. […] Other than the bathroom, I didn't have any issues. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast wasn't the best but acceptable for the hotel's price. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I travel to Prague a lot and had the chance to stay in different hotels so that I like to explore and try new places everytime I have the chance to be in the city. The hotel is located in a very bad even "scary" neighborhood. I didn't feel safe parking my car on the street and obviously had to pay additional […] 150 CZK for valet parking. The hotel itself is very nice, and clean. Rooms are extremely small and the TV wasn't working. Customer service is really bad and needs serious improvement! We didn't even get a smile from the reception clerk when we arrived. We were given our room key and told that if we need two twin beds we can only separate our beds and they can't find us a room like that. We came back from the city tour at night, decided to sit in the lobby before we go to bed and asked for a couple of empty glasses so that we can drink while we're talking. We were told it is not possible and the reception clerk started yelling at us that we are not supposed to be sitting in the lobby this late at night. We were absolutely shocked!!! 4 star hotel??? really ?? I don't think so. After we checked out the following morning, they wouldn't let us go before they called the maid on our floor to check out mini bar and that nothing is missing in our room, despite the fact that they had my CC information- so humiliating!!! It was a VERE good deal in terms of price so I'm not complaining. But it hurts to see how such a nice property is so poorly run. Again, one can see alot has been invested on the hardware side: very nice, even "designy" rooms. But as it is common in Eastern Europe this is easily spoiled by the staff which is neither trained nor motivated. Hotel procedures […] are very inefficient as well: they require CASH deposit for to cover your possible minibar usage. Or they require you to fill out the credit card details form YOURSELF BY HAND which is totally unacceptable from the security standpoint. So it's not "Can I please have you credit card so that we can pre-authorize XX euros for accidentals" but "Give me a 100 EUR or write your credit card number here". Read more

Rooms were spotless with comfy beds, polished bathroom. Reception staff were always smiley and helpful. Location is convenient, next to a mall with Tesco, and also less-touristy restaurants nearby. To reach the city center just take a 15 minute tram ride (which runs overnight, too). The free parking and free wi-fi is an extra point!

I have to say that this hotel provides really good quality stay in a lovely neighborhood for a very low price. The structure itself is also amazing - the biggest and most modern arena in the Czech Republic. I totally recommend to stay there.

Fantastic value for money in this very new modern hotel. The hotel itself is part of the Eden stadium, and the tram takes you to the center of Prague in 20 minutes. Friendly service, good breakfast and good size rooms.

Middle class hotel - acceptable distance to city center. Room was very small (almost only the size of the bed) but bath room was nice, clean, comfortable and relatively new. Breakfast was below standard in terms of quality and selection.

We stayed at for one night in September 2012. We comment as to the hotel: • the hotel room with bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. • The cost for one night including breakfast was economical for Prague. • The surrounding area of the hotel is unattractive and there would be guests (especially female) who we suspect […] would look at the environs there and feel concerned for their safety although rationally there was no particular reason or evidence for a security concern. There was reasonable car parking immediately outside the hotel at no cost. Nearby (3 minutes walk) was a multi level shopping “mall” with a decent sized food court and supermarket, which was very useful. Public transport access to the city is nearby (5 minutes walk). • The breakfast was uninspiring but adequate. • The hotel is difficult to find: it’s stated address at Vladivostoka 1539/2 as found by the Garmin GPS (an updated version usually very accurate) is on some derelict land about 500 metres from the actual site. This was the only hotel on our European tour we had difficulty finding and as a regular traveller I rarely have trouble finding my destination. It needs (English and/ or German language) signage from at least the nearby major intersection and an illuminated sign so that it can be clearly seen. • We would stay again at this hotel (now that I know where it is). Hotellet ligger i Prag 10. Det är toppen för oss som vill undvika Prag 1 och alla turistfällor. Vi åker till Prag bara för att äta och dricka gott. Restaurangerna kring detta hotell har inte ens engelska menyer. Det märks också på priserna. På gatan mitt emot ligger ett stort köpcenter, Eden. Vill man ta sig runt i Prag så ligger spårvagnen inte långt […] ifrån. Det största minuset med detta hotell är frukosten. Den var rejält tråkig på alla sätt och vis. Meget dårligt fungerende internet, kun i receptionen er forbindelsen stabil men langsom. På værelset bliver man smidt af med få minutters mellemrum. Ingen hjælp at hente i receptionen. Du får at vide at fejlen er i dit udstyr, desuagtet at det fungerede fint på det foregående hotel, og forresten også helt uden problemer på det næste hotel vi boede på. […] TV´et er meget småt og kanalerne er ikke de annoncerede. (4 tomme kanaler ud af 20, og Spansk TV istedet for Eurosport og BBC World Service. Der var kun een engelsktalende kanal. Ellers var det tjekkisk og de to spanske.) Ingen hjælp at hente. Der er kun eet stik under skrivebordet og to på væggen mod toilet helt i gulvhøjde. Skal telefonen lades skal man passe på ikke at træde på den når den ligger på gulvet i gangen. Morgenmad indtages i noget der ligner et kælderrum uden dagslys. Det har jeg kun set på et billigt vandrerhjem, ikke på et 4 stjernet hotel. I wouldn't give the hotel 4 stars, rather 3 plus. The location is pretty unusual - it is located right on the stadium. In terms of Prague it's far from the city center, so to go here and there by taxi will be expensive, to walk is impossible, the most convenient way to get to the center is to use trams - 20 mins away from the Old Town. And it's good […] since the trams are coursing from early morning until midnight. Hotel maintenance is disgusting as many stains on the carpet and white curtain. I found mold in bath booth. They don't have service mind, either. There was no water from tab in the morning but I didn't get any announcement. I called reception but the line was busy for 10min. I went down to reception, but she wasn't speaking on the phone. For my inconvenince, […] she just said it was public water pipe problem and that's all. No sorry, no info for anything! Her attitude was arrogant and rude.
