Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

Location.
Situated in Vaughan, Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre is a family-friendly hotel close to Vaughan Mills Mall and Canada's Wonderland. Additional area attractions include York University and OSA Soccer Centre.

"Great hotel with a great location"
From check in to check out the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre was perfect in every way. The location worked out perfect, the rooms were clean and well kept, and the restaurant offered good food and service. On our next trip I will be staying with them as well.

I stayed before in Novotel all over Europe. This hotel is clean and new. We got everything we asked for. They also have great breakfast. Big shopping area everewhere around.

The place is great. The building is beautiful and the staff were freindly and professional. For the price it was the best hotel stay that I have had in a very long time. The food from room service was prompt and delicious.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for three nights while attending an out-of-town wedding. It's very new and is nicely decorated in a contemporary, European style. We had dinner one evening in the hotel dining room and we had breakfast each morning there. Food was good, and in the case of dinner, beautifully presented. We met with warm hospitality from the care taking staff, the front desk, the dining room and the housekeeping staff. Worked out very well for us. The room was great. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the local shops and restaurants were very handy.
Beautiful hotel, awesome service, atmosphere was great...walking distance to Vaughan Mills. Many restaurants to choose outside of the hotel, however the food was great at the hotel. Rates were very reasonable.

Great place to stay, close to Toronto, shopping, very sincerely friendly staff. Only thing weird, bathroom door, see through, no lock, and big space between glass doors. They need to put a normal door on those rooms.

My husband and myself really enjoyed this hotel. It's very clean rooms and very spacious. It was very close to shop at the Vaughan Mall. Loved it!

I stayed at the Novotel on a saturday night as I had a wedding that night and didn't want to drink and drive! Very responsible of me! The hotel was super clean, rooms were sparkling clean. The only thing I have a complaint on was that they didn't have any bottled water in the rooms, or a mini-bar. They DO offer an empty fridge, which is great, if I […] bought my own water, which i didn't...so I wish they had some that I could've charged to my room if I did want it. "Brand New Hotel - a definite +++"
The service was excllent, and because everything is so NEW, it's like driving a new car....you could stay there 24/7. Beds are very comfortable, layout is spacious, but if you book during the wedding seasons, make sure you stay on the 5th floor or higher. There were 4 wedding parties there all at once, but nevertheless, on the 5ht floor we were "mostly" […] OK. There are many restaurants in the area, just drive around and you will find them all in one closeby region behind the mall. We had a wedding to attend nearby and booked the closest hotel to the wedding venue. I am glad we chose the Novotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were very nice and clean, beds were sooo comfy (we wanted to steal the pillows)! Great location being right beside Vaughan Mills Mall, that was what we did the next day.

We just returned from a five-night stay at the Novotel in Vaughan, and the hotel could not have been better. "convenient location"
My wife and I stayed in this hotel recently and chose is primarily due to location and convenience. We were impressed with the hotel, however disappointed with the very limited room service menu. Overall, it was a decent hotel and fairly reasonable in price. I would stay here again
This hotel is 3 months new! Very modern and sleek design. Hotel restaurant menu was a little thin and the food was mediocre. Location was perfect for our plans.. There wasn't any hospitality bus/taxi which would have been better for us than trying to get a taxi after our show.

Room and pool were great. Breakfast was too expensive and of poor quality. Landscaping outside detracted from an otherwise good looking first impression.(large tree on its side, still in root ball, and looked like it had been there for some time).

hotel was well maintained and excellently located. our only complaint was the room staff did not renew our coffee supplies and the glasses provided were very small. It would have been nice to have wine glasses
"Novotel Toronto Vaughan Center"
It is very clean, quite nice and affordable hotel located in the north of GTA on hwy400. If you don’t need downtown Toronto it is a good choice, just 15m from Pearson Airport, walking distance from the largest Shopping Mall in Ontario and free parking.
