Was very impressed with this hotel. I always try to stay at a Staybridge hotel whenever I travel. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is the next best thing to being at home.

It was clean and the employee's nice and courteous but for the Money I had to pay, should have been cheaper! For that price I could have stayed at the nicer places and had what they couldn't provide! Stayed here to visist my daughter who lives in town. She lived right around the corner from the hotel and also this hotel has a great location. Walkig distance to popular resturants. Great breakfast and nice indorr pool. Only compliant is the bathroom is a little small.

They failed to clean our room one day and said it was because we had the Do Not Disturbe sign out too long. My goodess, we took it off at 10:30 am and the cleaning cart was still in the hall. The keys were misprogramed twice. Someone was obviously smoking and you could smell it in our room. It was overpriced due to a weekend event.

My wife and I often travel to Iowa from Texas to visit family and Norman is a convenient half-way point. We could find absolutely no fault with the Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was clean and as advertised with a very comfortable king bed. The Amana ac worked well which is fortunate since the outside temp was 100+. Hotel staff were efficient and […] welcoming and the public areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. My wife teaches college classes online so a quality wifi connection was essential since she keeps daily contact with students. The hotel broadband in the room worked flawlessly. The breakfast fare was of good variety and quality and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel is close to good restaurants and other shopping in Norman and access from the Interstate was very easy. Despite being close to I35 the room was extremely quiet and noise from adjoining rooms was nonexistent. Overall we give the hotel a strong five stars and will stay here again on our next trip to visit family. Read more

Everything was great, service staff and the room was not bad except for the bed felt like I was sleeping on lumps. Another negative was the breakfast during the week ended at 9am. We were just a few minutes late and no breakfast. Would have been nice to extend until 9:30am or even 10am like McDonalds.

The phone in the room next to ours went off at 4:45 AM...it kept going off every couple of minutes. At one point, I counted 34 rings in a row. We did not get a whole lot sleep that night. The room itself was fine with no glaring problems.

Rooms were clean and large size while to hall ways were kept clean and the breakfast was nice and large area.

We enjoyd our stay. It was close to all activities we had planned. Easy access. Right off interstate but still quiet. Complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. We loved the in room microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. It was priced nicely. We got more than what we expected for the price. My only complaint was the bedding. Room was fine. It was clean and comfortable for my family. Upset that they would not credit me reward points from Choice Hotels because I did not book straight through them.
