Everything we expected from a Hampton! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, easy check in/out, and wonderful breakfast. The A/C was a little tricky to get adjusted at first (was either freezing or blowing heat), but after getting up about 5 times to adjust it, we finally got it set and it was fine the rest of the night. The room smelled fresh […] right when we walked in, the linens were clean and comfy! I LOVE the down comforters at Hampton! And the "nature" sounds on the clock radio were a nice touch. Just FYI for anyone considering staying at Hampton, all of their pillows are down pillows, which I am not a fan of at all, so I will be bringing my own pillows next time. We stayed overnight and had a great room it was very clean, beds were comfortable and I had a great night sleep and that's not easy with having a bad back. The staff were professional and nice. The whole hotel was very clean and they had a nice selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay again and hoping it will be real soon. Also my gradson fell […] and hurt his knee while we were out so I cleaned it while my daughter went downstairs to front desk to see if they hadany bandaids and ointment and he went to find it even if it took awhile but he came back and apologized for taking so long. This is like our 3rd time staying here over the last 4 years. This is on our way back from Florida. Overall, our expectations were met. A few concerns may have us looking to try the Holiday Inn next door or look elsewhere. Unusual but there were cob webs around the ceiling and the tub caulking starting to look in need of care. Doesn't sound like much […] but my concern is if it is starting to deteriorate now, a year from now I won't want to stay here. The hotel was busy, tour bus, and the pool was busy but not overloaded. The pool water was murky with a lot of chlorine like they were trying to get the water in shape but either started to late or they never had in good condition. The morning breakfast was utter chaos. Not enough people helping to serve the number of guest. No where to sit, or clean areas to be seated. This is concern for our next stop on the way from Florida. Overall, there was no major incidents, but enough concerns to raise my antennae to whether this may be our stop going forward. I hope Hampton continues doing good work because we rely on them and don't want to dispel their good name as per our rating. Read more

This hotel was in keeping with pricier hotels than a Hampton Inn. Rooms are renovated, clean, and appealing. Rate included Wi-Fi and breakfast. We booked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway with the kids. I choose this specific hotel for two reasons : 1 it had an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy, and 2 the customer reviews were excellent! We sure were not dissapointed! The best Hampton Inn that we have stayed in. The mattress, linens, bathroom, towels and carpet were cleaned. That is very important. The breakfast food was okay to good. There was a variety to pick from and that is very helpful. Also, it was quiet. Thanks!

The suite was very spacious and well appointed. Couldn't have been more pleased with the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall condition of hotel was outstanding, as it should be given the hotel is relatively new. Plenty of restaurants in the area. On the negative side, access to the facility is not as easy as it looks given it's proximity to […] the Interstate. Only locals who routinely travel the confusing roadways in that area could drive right up to the place. Rooms on the Interstate side of the building are subject to roadway noise. The hotel provided exactly what we needed, an overnight stop-over enroute to Mississippi from North Carolina. The two queen beds were very accommodating for us. The breakfast was a highlight. Everything was exceptional, I was even able to check-in early (at 1pm) so we would be able to go straight to our room when we were arriving later that night. The only downside was the mattress comfort. It was not at all a comfortable night's sleep for either of us. Every time we needed to use the business center the printer would not print correctly. This was a frustration since we were making several day trips to unfamiliar sites from the hotel. The staff were accomodating and would print things we needed for us but they were not always able to print either.

We stayed overnight at this location as we were passing through Tn. I haven't a single complaint about this location. We were so pleased with our experience there that we plan to return to the area, stay at this hotel, and make this a get-away of sorts.

I chose this hotel in Ooltewah for the high ratings of cleanliness and the cheaper price from the downtown Chattanooga hotels. The hotel was easily located just off the interstate near a Cracker Barrel restaurant and a Holiday Inn Express. Our room was very nice and exceptionally clean and included a very nice quality flat screen TV and wireless internet. […] Unfortunately for us, just after our arrival, a strong storm hit the area and we lost power until 2 am. We were not able to enjoy our stay so much until the next day. We discovered that the hallways were powered with emergency lighting, but the stairs were not - and were our only way down from our 4th floor room. We found the staff to be friendly and the breakfast provided to be very good, with lots of options. The pool was indoors and seemed to be saltwater, and slightly heated. A whirlpool was also available. Our son enjoyed spending some time in the pool, although it was crowded with almost 30 guests in it! The location was said to be about 18 miles from the downtown Chattanooga attractions, but we did not find this to be a big problem. The drive to the attractions was well marked, and brochures available in the hotel. We were also only a short distance from the large Hamilton Place mall area, where there was an abundance of shopping and dining options for our evenings on the way back to the hotel.
