Everything was great. I had accidentally booked the wrong location and everyone was so great about us moving across town to a different location. Thaenext time we are passing through OKC, we will stay there again.

The hotel had lovely curb appeal and the room in itself was extremely nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent, but the replenishing of food/drink items, as well as cutlery could use some improvement. We stayed in room 222, which was adjacent to the elevators - do not ask for this room as the constant "ding" of the elevator was heard throught […] the entire night as well as the noise of the guests coming and going. This was the only irritation/complaint I have about this hotel. Front desk staff was professional & friendly upon arrival. I would definitly stay again for the affordable price found on hotels.com. such a great layout for four girls traveling together. SO comfortable and clean! The front desk staff were awesome!! Oh..did I mention the corned beef hash at breakfast?? a totally wonderful experience!

Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the walls seemed very thin. I could hear every footstep and the hairdryer and the toilet flushing from surronding rooms. Overall though it was really nice. I will stay there again

The hotel itself is conveniently located and the staff are very friendly. My complaint is that the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The elevator was even dirty! The pool was cloudy. Our room had an awful odor from the cheap cabinets. Housekeeping came and sprayed some air freshened, but it only masked the odor for a little while. The breakfast […] area on Sunday morning was awful, there was waffle mix all over the place, tables were dirty and did not get wiped down and there was no place to sit! The walls and floors a thin, you can hear people talking in their rooms from the hallway, and there was a child with a ball next door to us who LOVED to bounce it on the floor and wall at 8:00 am! Hotel looks and feels like a new property throughout. Nice high ceilings in rooms. Floorplans of suites is very well put together for business traveler or even a family. For a hotel complimentary breakfast, the meal was pretty good.

Are room was being painted before we arrived and the painters scrambled to leave and did not tell us what was wet. One of my nice name brand jackets got paint all over the sleve!! The manager didnt do a thing about it!!!

People are nice but I was unhappy because we reserved a King bed and they gave us a full bed. We have a queen bed at home so this bed seemed really small. I did ask about it and was told there were no king beds available when we made our resevation so they just took it upon themselves to give us the next best thing.our reservation was done about a month […] ahead of time. We spent two day at Staybridge mainly so my husband could run on the river trails. Our room was nice though only towels & toiletries were replaced. The bed was not made nor the room cleaned while we were there. I left a skirt in the room by mistake and called the hotel assuming the house keeping staff would have turned it in. I had booked a 2 bedroom suite several months ago, which were pre-paid. When we arrived, we were told that all suites were booked already, so the offered us two singles. We accepted reluctantly; however it was a huge inconvenience for my family. Apparently this hotel has become transitional housing for homeless families. During my stay, the "residents" […] would put bags of garbage out in the hall, their kids ran around the place like it was a daycare center, and they took over the breakfast area as if their own kitchen. They overwhelmed the facility and the staff. Sodas from the soda machines were spilled all over the floors constantly. The floors were like a cheap movie theater. Never again will we stay here! My wife got me and her this room for a surprise for our wedding anniversary and for the money spent was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. It took us 45 min to check in, the bed was as hard as a prison mat and they only had 2 items on the bfest buffet!!!! I will never stay at another staybridge and WILL NOT recomend them to anybody!!!!!!
