I had an overnight stopover in Madrid and found this hotel based on price. I wasn't expecting much but found this hotel to be extremely nice. The rooms were modern and chic and very comfortable, the Internet was free and fast, and you get 4 free bottles of water and we all know how expensive bottled water is in Spain. The price was extremely reasonable […] and while I was staying there they had a special which upgraded the room to a junior suite and extended the checkout time to 5PM for only 20 euro. The only drawback to the hotel was the location. Our cabbie told us that the neighborhood is a very upper class area with lots of office buildings but not much more. If you are just staying overnight, it is very close to the airport and about a 15-20 euro ride. If you are visiting the city center, it's going to cost about that much go back and forth. The subway is about a kilometer away so it's not particularly that convenient. Still, as a hotel, I was very impressed and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. Read more

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. It caters more to business people as it is far from the city centre. They don't even have brochures for tours that you can use if you want to explore Madrid. There is a bus though that passes to the corner at about 5 min walk. It brings you to Sol which is the center of the city. For those who want to stay on a budget and use public transportation from downtown to this hotel. A trip to the airport costs by taxi about Euros 16-20. Perfect hotel if you have an early flight at Madrid airport the next morning. It is close to the airport and quite close to the city as well. It is in a nice clean area. The Hotel rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. I was able to park overnight for free outside. Free wifi worked very well!!

The Hotel was very nice, However We were droped in front of the Hotel by a taxi and there was nobody to help Us with our lugage , We had to carry 5 suit cases by or selves from te botton of the street to the Loby and to the room ,a Hotel of that level should have bellboys ready to help

Very new hotel with big, clean rooms. Its 12 minutes walk from a metro station and takes about 15 minutes on the metro to get to the centre. Didn't eat in the restaurant but there are a few places a few mins walk away. Close to a shopping centre. Great hotel for the price.

Even if you are fine with that cost, not being able to rest for a while during a long day of sightseeing makes for a very tiring day. If you are in Madrid as a tourist do yourself a favor and stay closer to the sights. Only real negative about the hotel itself is that breakfast was pricey and there are not many nearby alternatives. First of all the room size size and design is great and includes a large bathroom and the biggest bath we have ever encountered in a hotel!! Overall cleanliness of room was of a very high standard (we are frequent travelers & quite fussy!) Service is friendly & professional especially Julia on the reception, who always greeted us with a friendly smile. […] The area surrounding the hotel is not so industrial, in fact the hotel and surrounding area have bars, cafes and even a fromagerie within 5 mins walk of the front door, here you can find great local food and Spanish beer! As for the location, the quickest way into town is the #53 bus which stops within 2 mins walk of the front door of the hotel and takes you directly to the middle of the city in around 15mins. For the Metro, the closest stop is about 15 mins walk away or just a 4 Euro taxi ride. One suggestion I have is that the hotel look into the room service department as we arrived tired & hungry from a long journey and tried to order lunch at 1 pm, the gentlemen who answered told us they were closed and to call back after 4pm....... then on our last evening after returning home, we called to purchase a bottle of wine at 10:30, the gentleman who answered told me to please hold and then subsequently hung the phone up, I called back every 10mins up until 11pm when I gave up! Just a small frustrating issue in what overall was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others & will for sure return myself! Read more

Staff were fantastic but I had a broken window. Also, i emailed the hotel via their website submission form twice but without a response. I booked a room with a balcony and the website shows a balcony with chairs, tables etc. In reality I received about a foot of space. I asked the staff and they said there was only 2 rooms with deck chairs, tables […] and chairs. Both were occupied but they moved us the day after. Gym was great. I go to this hotel twice a month. The staff are lovely. In my last stay I got the feeling that they are not authorised to respond to customers complaints. This is not a Central Madrid hotel, but is I imagine more designed for business people and I was there as a tourist. However, the staff were very friendly, service was excellent, there's a nice bar, both inside the hotel and outside on a terrace, free internet for those who haven't brought their laptops, ipads etc, the bed was amazingly comfortable […] and the bath enormous. Booked this hotel via top secret hotels through expedia.I am not convinced it fits into the area they map out seems a lot further out than map suggests!To get to Madrid takes a good 10/15 minute walk to get to metro at Arturo Soria and then about 10/12 mins to Puerta del Sol.The(53) bus stop is 2 mins away but can take 30-50 minutes to get to Puerta […] del Sol depending on traffic.Hotel is based in business district so ideal for business people not really for tourists.It is a very modern hotel and with a 4 star grading so I was surprised to find that there were no tea making facilities just water.Fridge didnt work so water not cold.Having said all this the hotel is spotless and staff were efficient.If you stay here be prepared to go out in the morning and stay out until end of night,it is a haul to return to hotel to change and then get back to Madrid for an evening meal/entertainment.There are a few bars and restaurants locally but mostly quiet due to location.There are a couple of little shops and a small supermarket 5-10 minutes walk away down to end of road and turn right.
