We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.

Very nice hotel in the theatre district. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room accomodations but very clean. Would recommend.
Walk less than a half-mile to Pier 40 on the Hudson River, where you can join a game of pick-up soccer on an outdoor field, or stroll along the fishing pier and enjoy views of the Statue of Liberty to the south. This hotel is located very conveniently to 2 different subway lines for easy access to anywhere in the City. Tse staff are phenomenal, always ready to help and make great restaurant recomendations. I would stay there again anytime I'm in NYC

"Such a surprise"
I was so pleasant surprised, didn't expect too much from my short stay in New York, but what a wonderful experience it was. The team of the Four Point Manhatten SoHo played a huge part in that. What a great team! I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. So nice, helpful and fun! I have to stay a lot in hotels, due to my job and they […] are always friendly, at the front desk. Wow... these guys broke every record. The hotel is clean and up to the standard you'd expect for a Sheraton Hotel. The location is GREAT if you like to walk and discover the area. Because of this experience I'm planning to return to New York, for a longer visit, but only will stay at this hotel. Read more

"Great Location, Great Staff, Great City View"
We really enjoyed this hotel. It was a nice size room for NY. Nice finishes and look. Only complaint was paper thin walls and we could everything in the hall but again for NY, not bad. Would stay here again. Very much appreciated the free wifi, water, coffee, and tea in each room.
"Alot of broken things"
A week of broken things - first morning i had no hot or even warm water in the shower. i let the water run for 30 mins, on 'hot' and then on 'cold' to see if it would work. Had to get to a meeting, so took an extremely cold shower, complete with ice freeze headache from washing my hair. I called the desk who sent someone to fix it. they needed to replace […] something and it was fine after that. They gave me $20 toward breakfast- which i think buys 2 slices of toast from room service. THEN I realized the alarm clock was broken. i called at 10:30pm when i realized this and someone was sent up right away - with plyers and screw driver.! Once he saw it wasnt working, he kept playing with it for 15 mins until he finally left to get a new one. He was nice enough, but I was tired, had a early meeting, and just wanted him to replace the clock. I did get woken at the right time, but alas, the tea bag wasnt replaced. I went without til I got to the office. I dropped an earring at one point and it rolled a bit under the dresser. yeck... no telling when that area was vaccumed. Overall - the people there are sooo nice and welcoming. They just need to keep up with maintenance. Read more

We were welcomed right away. We were early, but they stored our bags and were helpful in assisting us with our plans. If you want a big room, don't go to Manhattan and don't stay here, but the room was more than comfortable and worked well for two night stay. Room safe and in room coffee available a long with free wi-fi. We found it quiet, but we were […] off the street, it is also not on a main street, just off. Subway right close by. Only gripe is that there were areas were the hotel could use sprucing, up, carpets, paint, but not a huge deal unless they don't attend to it soon. I would recommend easily and stay again. Read more

"Good stay."
Yes, I would go back to this hotel. Everything was great, except for one thing--I ate breakfast there, and I would not do it again--too expensive, and the coffee wasn't the greatest. If you walk outside the restaurant, take a left, then a right, there are plenty of places to go to down that street. Next time I would explore those.

I was given a king size bed instead of two double beds, which was frustrating at first. Hotels.com took care of the inconvenience with some reimbursement and I wasted a lot of time dealing with the issue, but mistakes happen. Luckily the hotel was able to put us in two double beds the next day and overall the hotel service was very friendly and accommodating. Newly renovated rooms/great bathroom. rooms are on the small side but typical for NY. Great spot to trqavel SoHo. Easily accessibly by subway #1 line!

"Customer service was the best ever!"
We stayed at the Sheraton recently for a long weekend. We had heard many good reviews and looked forward to our stay. We were not disappointed. The customer service was exceptional. Nicholas, Alex, Emily and Patricia at the front desk never lost their smiles and were very helpful in suggesting restaurants, etc. (Try Magiani's near the hotel for great […] Italian). The room was neat and clean...a bit small for four of us but we were not in it much. We were able to get a floor on a higher floor and away from the elevator. It was still a bit noisy as the hotel is very narrow so the elevator is not far. And New York is the city that never sleeps so the elevator is going up and down a lot. It didn't bother the other members of my family but I am a lighter sleeper. Customer service more than made up for any noise problems. Great hotel and a reasonable price. What more could you want? The room we stayed in was probably the smallest hotel room we've had in NYC. The walls are paper thin so we heard conversations from our surrounding neighbors. Front desk people were helpful & friendly. We had breakfast at the restaurant & it wasn't good & extremely over-priced.

"Not terrible"
High traffic tourist hotel...kind of in SoHo but not really. Closer to the West Village. The shower stall leaked profusely and when we told the front desk they were nice but basically told us that they were aware of the issue and weren't going to be able to fix it...also, if we moved to another room we would likely have the same problem. Overall very satisfied with location and price and the service was great. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and clean. My main recommendation would be to request any of the rooms other than the two (on each floor) that are adjacent to the elevator shaft. "Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village"
Great staff. Great location. There was one issue. We used the hotels car service to go to JFK and the front desk person should have allowed more time for us to get to the airport. They gave us 45 minutes and we almost missed our flight. An hour and a half would have been best because NYC traffic can be slow and congested.

Had a great 5 night stay and were so happy of our room while in NY. The hotel is very conveniently located with subway stops nearby. Also great to be close to Holland Tunnel when in a hurry to the airport. Only recommendation is to bring your earplugs as traffic in NY is traffic. My stay at the SOHO Four Points was quite nice. I choose it because it was within walking distance to a meeting I was attending. The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was updated and modern. I felt very comfortable. The bedding was warm and of quality. The staff was exceptional. The only thing I would recommend is having taxi service from […] the hotel. They offer black car service but at a premium. I was tempted to head out on the street to hail a taxi with my luggage! "Drunk old women"
The hotel is great. Book early to get a good rate. The only downfall was the the paper thin walls for the hallways. At 1 am, a group of drunk older women were yelling and screaming in the hallways. We called the front desk, and handled the situation right away. They have a great staff with a VERY VERY helpful front desk staff.

Close to the subway, which is cool. Not much around in the immediate area. Standard rooms are small, elevator was small, but whatcha gonna do. Our minimal contact with the staff was fine. We called down to ask for more towels and were told someone would bring them up, never showed (2 for service). Bathroom was clean and room appeared clean, but when […] you saw it in the right light, there was always a layer of dust (3). Beds and linens fine, room had little move around area.
