There were no vending machines no soda machines no ice machine room had dead cockroaches in it .... people screaming and running on balcony and in hall at 5 am. Couldn't find attendant to check out. Not convenient to stores or shopping. Very small room fir the pricing

We had a very good experience. We were in town for a November wedding, so we were not able to use the pools. But our condo we had was perfect for a family of 5! It was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated (not at all beachy themed), and even had some smaller children features like a pack-n-play, a few sand toys, and booster seats for the table. […] The Rosemary Beach area is very nice and had some nice shops to browse in. Check out Tommy Crow Studios! Amazing! There was a Publix grocery store within easy driving distance--which was a plus with having a full size kitchen to use. This is not really a hotel, it is small studios/apartments, there is no one at the desk to help you after 4pm. The studios do not have closet space avaiable, no shelfs or drawers to put your belongings.. dissapointing. Also, I decided to go to this hotel because of the heated pool... well, it was not working. We were hit with a cleaning charge in excess of $100 for our 2 night stay in addition to the room fee. You would be suprised to learn that we had to wear shoes in the room to keep our feet clean. We were so happy with our accommodations. We knew the area already but were a little worried about extra fees or services given other reviews. We had no problems checking in and were relieved to find there were only two fees not charged by hotels.com, a cleaning fee which is simply customary in a condo rental and a $40 resort fee. The thing that was most disappointing is to find that these are individually owned condos and not a hotel. This means you are responsible for taking out your own trash as well as launder your own towels. You have to do all of this in addition to paying additional condo fees upon arrival.

Booked through a phone call to Hotels.com. Hotels.com were not aware of the facility and had a difficult time finding it. This place is not a hotel, it is a condo that rents out for nightly stays. The unit I stayed in was a studio that the A/C unit made a racket every time the compressor kicked on. Also the drain in the shower could not keep up with […] the shower flow resulting in the tub filling up and standing in dirty water! Now to the title, after arriving was informed that studios REQUIRE a $35 per day cleaning fee. Stayed for two days resulting in $70 cleaning fee. Biggest problem is that they never came in to clean, so the per day is just a way to compound the cleaning fee. On top of that there is a $40 REQUIRED INSURANCE fee to make sure you do not break anything. Do not ever plan on staying there again. Read more

Priced as much as nicer places on the beach in the same area, our studio room was tiny; the "full kitchenette" did not have an oven or dishwasher, only a sink, microwave and dorm-size fridge. Bring quarters to do your laundry down the hall in a laundry room. I did meet some nice people in there who all had similar complaints as we did. There is no direct […] beach access, you must either walk down the road and across, or catch the hotel cart shuttle which wasn't bad given the alternative. The main pool is huge and beautiful, but on our last day it closed for 24 hrs at 10am, b/c of a baby's leaky diaper...GET A DESIGNATED BABY POOL! The bed in room E-214 is horrible! The mattress isn't comfortable and isn't attached to the head board which squeaked and moved around all night. The carpet at our door and down the adjacent hallways is very stained. All that said, there is a nice sundries store downstairs by the office, that served a great breakfast, sold 30A items, but don't forget to bring your own laundry detergent and such, a very small bottle of Gain was $3.99; White Rain shampoo was $5. An excellnent Mexican restaurant is on site, La Cocina, a yogurt shoppe, and a couple of nice boutiques and bike rentals.The exterior is beautiful, too bad the interior wasn't. Rosemary Beach, which is our favorite part of 30A is a short walk from the hotel. We walked there for a few meals and high-end shopping. This was my only solace, unfortunately. Read more

It was just "okay" The carpet in the room was dirty. The condo was smaller than shown in the diagram. We have two married couples, both with CPAP machines and only one BR had king size bed. The others were full size and bunk beds. Very incompatible. Won't stay there again.

The only "blemish" would be the lack of wifi in the rooms. It's understandable though, since each condo is independently owned and some owners just don't want the extra expense. Hotel staff was unnecessarily rude. We were unaware of the cleaning fee that was too be charged, even though we also had to clean up after ourselves. We didn't mind paying the fee, however we also expected maid service for a one-hundred dollar fee. Luckily we brought some extra cash. Not everyone can account for those unexpected charges. We were on our VACATION. That was the last thing we expected, especially when we were hoping for relaxation. Also, the photos of the pool/ lagoon were misleading. By looking at the photos you would expect the pool to be right there at the hotel, it is not. This condo resort is located among some of the best beaches in Florida. We literally were a 5 minute walk from a 12,000 sq. foot pool, and just a few steps further to the beach! Read the fine print when booking this hotel - I didn't and I paid the price. A group of couples passed on renting a beach house due to the apparent 'good' deal at this location. In fact, when you read the fine print, there's a $40 damage deposit and a $60 cleaning fee (all non-refundable). At check-in, the clerk tells you you can have up to $2000 worth […] of damage and that it will be covered by the $40 damage deposit - talk about incentivizing damaging the room. We could tell the room had been 'ridden' hard - stains on the coach, bedding, etc. Another friend of ours that had a room booked ended up crashing on our couch because the room he had booked had 'extensive water damage' - they told him this at check-in. If the room rate was truly the advertised price on hotels.com then I would say it's a pretty good deal - throw on the extra $100 charge and you might as well go in with friends and rent a beach house (if possible). My friend and I booked this place because it was close to a wedding we were attending. After already paying for the room on hotels.com, we were charged an extra $102 for 2 nights cleaning fee when we arrived. The description also said that there was a pull out sofa and there was not.
