"A hidden gem"

Although our stay was only short, we would certainly come back for longer. The room we had was large, clean and comfortable. The guest house is a couple of miles away from the city centre, however the bus links are excellent - the bus stop is near the guest house, the fares are very reasonable and they run frequently even late at night.

easy parking on site. our room did not have en-suite facilities but private (lockable) bathroom along landing - nice touch was the bathrobe behind bedroom door to save night-time blushes! room was small, but comfortable with everything you'd expect - and the decanter of sherry which you wouldn't!! great breakfast - great hospitality. would stay again when visiting Edinburgh
