We had the "two bedroom condo" and it was more than spacious. The apartment was equipped with a mini-kitchen and two single sofa beds in the living room, as well as a full dining room table and sofa chair. It's perfect for family stays. The staff and service were also exemplary.

The hotel opened fairly recently and is not yet up to its advertised standards. For instance, internet connectivity is not available in all rooms, and some rooms have foul-smell problems. Once these problems have been fully addressed, this should be a pretty good 4-star hotel. The restaurant is to be recommended - food is good, with fairly reasonable prices.

The hotel is fantastic. It actually felt more like a 5 star hotel in terms of quality and service. For a 3 star hotel the food is very expensive (but... of high quality), but this is because the Ile de Re is a very wealthly area, unlike the more affordable La Rochelle. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind spending £25 per head for lunch and £35 for dinner, or anyone who would rather have a great hotel in a remote area, rather than a basic hotel in the middle of a bustling town. Only stayed here one night but would go back for longer again. Hotel beautifully decorated with pool and jacuzzi in the back, v comfortable surround to the pool with plenty of loungers. Pool towels available at reception in exchange for tickets given to you at the start of your stay. Bar will deliver drinks to the pool but v steep prices, a bacardi […] and coke and a bottle of beer was over €20. Was worth it though after a long day exploring. Room was small but beautifully decorated, good sized bathroom with retractable clothes line in the bath. Market very close to the hotel back towards the bridge from the main land. Fantastic boulangerie very close as well. Hotel parking is quite far from the hotel but if you're travelling light it won't be a problem (two blocks over and a street back - yard with a locked gate). After two weeks of hotel hopping along the coast this was still my boyfriend's favourite. Read more

We were looking for a hotel in La Rochelle as a stop on our way from Bordeaux to Paris. Even though it was on the island near the city and it was the perfect spot for us. What a gem of a hotel! Very stylish in design and comfort. It almost has a spa feel about it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Rapport qualité/ prix un peu surfait. Personnel de l'Hôtel et de la Restauration accueillant. Point noir important : Le parking privé, PAYANT; clôturé mais non gardé, est situé à 200 mètres de l'Hôtel !!! . Decevant pour pour des clients un peu handicapés... Il ne faut rien oublier dans sa voiture !

un bel hôtel, avec un restaurant où on s'est plaisir à chaque repas. le personnel est discret et courtois, avec une grande gentillesse. Le chef cuisine a toujours une petite touche personnelle dans ses plats. Les tarifs sont au-dessus de la moyenne, mais totalement justifiés. Chambres grandes, agréables, propres, climatisées.

Hotellet er lite og pent, og ligger rett ved sjøen i Rivedoux. Personalet er hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Hotellets restaurant serverer god mat. Det finnes noen få, men gode restauranter i nærheten. I Rivedoux er det lite som skjer, men det er et godt utgangspunkt for utflukt med sykkel eller bil.

Un très bon hotel ( 3 étoiles) , un service irréprochable , une bonne table. Dommage , l(hotel est vraiment situé dans la mauvaise partie de l'ile................. pas grand chose à voir ou a faire et pas de plage.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel pour passer 2 jours sur l'île de Ré en avant saison (fin mars). Bon niveau d'équipement dans cet hôtel moderne et au personnel très sympathique. Bonne table également.
