BW PLUS WHITE HOUSE - White House

We came down to visit our son in school and thought we would try out the new Best Western. We were very disappointed in our stay. The whirlpool jets weren't working in the hot tub, the sauna was out of order, the beds were rock hard, and the walls paper thin. Children were allowed to run wild up and down the halls yelling and screaming. No wake up call […] received as request. Breakfast was served by a front desk staff member who wasn't wearing gloves and switching back and forth from food to checking quests out, answering phones, and vacuuming the front office carpet. Upon checking out we found out that the night shift had already charged our credit card for the first night on a card we used only to reserve the room. Charges could not be reversed. The front desk staff member was not helpful at all, and had poor public relation training/orientation. To say the least, it was a bad experience all the way around. We ended up checking into our familiar hotel down the road and would not recommend the Best Western in White House, TN to anyone. Read more

You advertise your room as a suite with a pull out sofa, which we paid more for because we needed the pull out sofa. It had the most horrible mattress. The springs were bulging. I had to put both bedspreads on top because my grandson was going to sleep on it. He said he would sleep on the floor, but I would not allow it.

This hotel is a real treat. It's relatively close to Nashville, yet out of the way and quiet. I'st really easy to find with great places to eat and shop nearby. It was clean and very well kept. The service staff was terrific! I was blown away by the overall niceness of the place. The breakfast is not a joke or cheesy "continental" breakfast at most […] hotels. It even has a waffle maker and a good variety of food. The decor is very nice, pleasant and welcoming to guests. The pool is well kept and private (reminds me of a sun room) There is a gym though I did not use it appeared to be very nice as well. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you are in the area for any length of time it's well worth the money and you won't be disappointed. I will certainly return to this hotel in future trips to the area! Read more

I am a handicapped person right now and I feel for the money that you paid for the room that comfortable looking beds were not comfortable. Also we got a room with a pull out bed and it was very uncomfortable. We got the bigger room so we could use the pull out couch so we won't have to rent a hideway bed We might as well sleep on the floor.

All the employee,s that we had contact with were very helpful. We were not there at the motel for anything special. We were there for the overnite only. It would have been a great motel for an extended vacation. The Room was very nice
