Moved our room after one night first room ok second room smelt damp slightly musty.

Good basic B&B. Close to M11 and Park & Ride for easy access to city centre. Nice room. Off-road parking. Good cooked breakfast. Only one very helpful, friendly member of staff present and she could have done with extra help at breakfast time when the guest house was full. The only complaint was that during a three day stay no one cleaned our room.

A pleasant and unpretentious guest house. A little far out from Cambridge centre but a good economic option for those needed a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay when visiting Cambridge area by car.

Nice little b&b not very grand looking and the rooms small but the staff very welcoming and obliging. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was in a good location for what we wanted to do so that we never travelled for more than about 10mins! Our room was very tired eg cracks, paint chips, stains on the wall and unfortunately the shower only ran hot water for about 2minutes and then died off! Lastly there was a lot of cold choice of breakfast eg cereal toast spreads fruit but […] b&b to me meant full cooked breakfast in the morning we were quite disappointed to be given just egg bacon and beans! cramped room, house alarm kept ringing randonly throughout the day, cold shower in the morning. The staff was very helpful but I wouldnt go back.

Absolutely lovely stay - so comfortable, great selection of food at breakfast, and really friendly. Quite a way from the city centre, but there's a bus stop right opposite (Citi-7, it goes every 20 minutes during the day). Would definitely recommend!

This Is Budget accomadation but we were pleasantly surprised with quality and service. Our room was clean and very spacious. Only complaint if being picky is that shower cubicle was a tight squeeze for a big man. Breakfast was excellent and would definately recommend for business stay or cheap getaway.

Good B&B for the price paid .. Close to where we wanted to go in Shelford so great .. Breakfast is very average.. had to wait for 30-40 minutes for hot food as single person managing the show .. can improve on breakfast front

Stayed for 1 night. Lovely comfortable room. Own key for front door so no problems getting in late. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Taxi into town centre was a bit pricey though.

Very comfortable stay, the staff were helpful and kind. Overall I would give this place a 9, you are close to park and ride into Cambridge city center. I was there to visit my sick father in Addenbrooke hospital, and it was a 2 minute drive so great location. Breakfast was cooked fresh to your liking by the lovely Emma who runs the B & B. It was very […] clean around the whole facility. Would recommend this for people visiting overseas or anywhere in the UK. Would stay again, hopefully on better circumstances next time. Read more

An excellent place to stay on the outskirts of Cambridge without the high costs and the advantage of not having to find your way into the city. Across the road from the Guest house is a bus stop for going into Cambridge, it takes about twenty minutes. There is free parking which is a plus as most hotels in Cambridge charge or you have to pay for a […] public car park. Mycket sjysst personal och bra service. Väldigt hjälpsamma och systemet är annorlunda men god.

Nettes kleines Hotel, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber man ist gleich in der Stadt. Saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Trotz Eiseskälte war unser Zimmer sehr warm. Wir werden gerne hier wieder mal buchen.

ホテルの郵便番号が新しくなったようで、車で行く人はナビゲーターに郵便番号を入れても場所が見つからないので、ホテルに事前問い合わせをしておいたほうがいいです。 滞在した3日間はオーナーがいなくて、朝食担当のスタッフが一人とても忙しく大変な感じでしたが、親切にしていただいて、快適な滞在でした。

Hva betyr mest for deg? Ekstravagante hoteller med høy komfort og luksus - eller er du mer opptatt av genuint varme mennesker, service og lav pris? Ayah Villa gjestehus utenfor Cambridge er i sistnevnte kategori. De ansatte er tilsynelatende villig til å ofre seg for gjestenes velvære, ved eksempelvis å stå opp midt på natten for å ta imot gjester […] som ankom sent etter flykaos. Frokosten er fortreffelig, med tradisjonell engelsk frokost og essensielt tilbehør. Kaffe og te tilgjengelig til enhver tid i en automat ved resepsjonen, som danner grunnlag for uformell hygge. Beliggenheten er dog omstridt. Ayah Villa ligger omtrent en times gåtur fra den miljøvennlige universitetsbyen Cambridge, like ved tettstedet Trumpington. Da blir jeg minnet om ordene fra Erasmus av Rotterdam : "En apekatt forblir en apekatt, om enn den er kledd i purpur". (Dårskapens lovtavle). For kontrasten mellom akademikerens lekegrind og skarve Trumpington er formidabel. De fleste gjestene på Ayah House var håndverkere som etter mitt skjønn knapt kan ha lest etter tiden da foreldrene leste Heksene av Roald Dahl for dem. Luksus og komfort er forgjengelig - menneskelige relasjoner og omtanke er verdier som fører menneskeheten videre. Spesielt i en tid med ustabil verdensøkonomi. Stedet er et B&B beliggende i et villakvarter med busforbindelse til centrum direkte uden for døren. Det var også muligt at parkere sin bil på adressen Værelse og bad var pænt og rent og betjeningen venlig og familiær. Til morgenmad var der fuld engelsk breakfast, og under hele opholdet var der fri kaffe, chokolade, te og koldt vand.
