the family suite was quite big. it has a separate receiving area. the bed was king sized, a little hard compared to other hotels but i had a great sleep for 2 nights. beautiful hardwood furnitures. the closet sauna/shower is what i like best. buffet breakfast has ample supply. check-in at midnight was swift. we were allowed a late check-out by girl manager (the girl at front desk said not ok but we insisted). from our room - one side (terrace) has beautiful view and the other side has ugly view. there is no elevator and we have to walk good that we didn't have any baggage. when we checked-in the guy at front desk smells like he's been drinking liquor. the front door lock of our room is not that good (broken) and i didn't feel quite so safe so we always had a chair blocking the door. this hotel knows how to save on things like there was no lights when we arrived at midnight or that the slippers in the room was reused.

Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.

Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.

A bit away from the center of Siem Reap. If you want to be near activity don't stay here. If you want a bit of a relaxing environment this is the place. Staff is very nice, restaurant is ok to good, the pool is excellent and the rooms very good. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and the buffet was excellent. "Unusual policies"
The hotel was nice and staff were quite friendly and helpful. We had a nice driver who took us to all around places during our 2 days of staying there. The breakfast was not very special and there were only limited choices (mostly vegetarian-no meat). At night if you reach the hotel early you have nothing to do except the pool. If you want to drink […] your own alcoholic drinks at the pool side (not the hotel bar) you have to pay the actual value of your drink, because of a funny policy of the hotel. We had a superior room. It was big and nice but it did not have sufficient furniture. So a large part of the room was empty and useless. The room was clean. I can say it was a good hotel but not a 4 star one. Read more

El desayuno es abundante, hay mucha comida China, wafles, omelettes, fruta fresca, variedad de pan, etc. El spa del hotel no es excelente pero pasamos un buen rato. El show en el bar, donde cantan 2 mujeres es bueno, ellas sn muy amables e intentan poner canciones y cantar en el idioma de los oyentes (en nuestro […] caso fueron canciones en español). No hay nada cerca del hotel, así que la opción es un tuk tuk o un taxi para ir de un lado a otro. El aeropuerto queda muy cerca. Behagelig hotell, barnevennlig. Rent. Flott utendørs basseng. Kort avstand fra flyplass. Høy standard, frokost buffet ok. Lett å komme seg til og fra sentrum med "tuk-tuk".
"amazing hotel"
the hotel is amazing and the people very friendly ! the food was great. the hotel is exactly as the photos on internet.
"Good hotel, far from city center"
The hotel was good and clean but it was far away from Siem Reap city center. Took us 15 minutes to go there with a tuck-tuck. There are some restaurants by the road on the way to the city but you still need to take a tuck-tuck.
