The owners could not have been nicer. They were warm and outgoing and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We spent New Years Eve at the House. The husband, a gormet chef, prepared a New Years Eve dinner that was extraordinary!! A traditional English country side home. Small rooms but spotless. We would return!!!

When planning our current trip, my husband said that he'd never been on the Atlantic coast and wanted to see it. I found the Wellington Hotel through hotels.com, and it looked nice so I booked it. Best. Decision. Ever. The hotel is wonderful, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the room combined old-fashioned charm with a very modern en-suite bathroom, and the location is stunning. Also a big selling point is the hotel's chef, who provided us with an incredible dinner and luscious desserts, with tea served in the warm and inviting loungee. My only warning is that the hotel doesn't have elevators and the rooms are two flights up, so be aware that you will be climbing stairs. if you don't have a problem with that, you're guaranteed a wonderful stay.

Once we had found our way down the narrow Cornwall lanes, we were very pleased with this B&B. The nearby Portscatho was just the sort of tiny coastal village we had hoped to find in Cornwall. It's a bit out-of-the-way, down narrow, hedge-row-lined lanes, but Trewithian Farm is a lovely place with pleasant hostess and fine English breakfast.

Hearty, gourmet food - best on entire trip!! Extraordinarily helpful hosts at front desk who helped research bus schedules and gave a lift to town. Local bus stop very near. Lovely walking trails at nearby manor house gardens.

"A wonderful stay"
It was a wonderful stay at a very nice B&B in the middle of nature, near gardens and the sea of South Cornwall. The hosts are most agreable and the breakfast served was done with care. The room was relatively large, clean and with en-suite bathroom with shower. Within a short drive there are several good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A pleasant experience"
This wasn't my first choice place to stay as I had left it rather late to book a hotel. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The owners made me feel very welcome (making us a pot of tea and sitting in the conservatory). The owners are generous with food portions and so friendly and helpful. I went on my own with no car and she offered to drop off […] to various places. I doubt that I'd get that type of service elsewhere. I was thoroughly looked after and would recommend this place to anyone. One drawback, though is that the rooms are rather small to accommodate en-suite showers and toilets, but very clean and homely. "Lovely friendly B&B"
Lovely B&B. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was spotless and modern.
