      The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

      I had previously stayed at The Mount but didn't remember the rooms being so snug. There is a chair in the room along with a desk and desk chair, I believe one of those chairs could be eliminated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a meal in the restaurant, the steak was a little overdone for my liking but I was hungry and did not send it back. All-in-all a nice property with some history.

      The hotel, bar & food quality is excellent. Set in a rural area with easy acess to motorway. Would reccomend this hotel if in the area. Our stay was only 1 night as we were travelling. Excellent value.

    Beautifully decorated, boutique style, spotlessly clean, late in the evening a spider appeared in my room and the management came to my rescue! I stay in Telford regularly and will definately avoid the "chains" now I have found this little Gem. Very good food.

    Everything was perfect about our stay. This ranks in my top 5 all time hotel stays. We went for the superior room which had a small sitting area. 4 poster bed was amazing. Food on the evening was first rate. Breakfast was faultless. Pity we're not in the area more often!

    Traffic noise was a bit of a problem during the night as the hotel is at a junction and you could hear cars slowing down and speeding up. Being by the M54 meant good access to tourist destinations ie Telford, Shrewsbury etc. Staff extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough for you, we only had breakfast at the hotel but one of the best we've had, parking […] a bit of a problem if the restaurant was busy and bed wasn't the most comfortable but overall a really lovely place to stay, would certainly recommend it.
