Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

We were very pleased with the central location of the hotel. There was wonderful shopping and many restaurants right outside our door. The view from our 7th floor apartment was lovely (gigantic floor to ceiling windows). My only complaint would be the size of the bedrooms - it was difficult to find a place for our suitcases in the bedrooms. Everything else was great - we would definitely return!

stayed in a few in the city and this is by far the best. Our taxi driver reinforced this when we told him where we were staying. fantastic hotel!

Nice clean hotel continent location for a Beatles fan 1 block from the museum maybe less. Good restaurants around the hotel. Helpful staff.

We couldn’t fault our stay at this BB. The room was lovely and clean and well stocked with tea, coffee ect. The welcome was extremely friendly and warm and we were made to feel at home. The location of the BB was good, well situated for the shops, bars, restaurants and within easy walking distance from the train station. There was plenty of choice for […] breakfast in the morning and everything was well presented. Overall, a pleasant stay for my first time in Southport and I would certainly recommend this BB to family and friends as excellent value for money. Read more
