Staff was courteous but could have been more attentive to the complimentary breakfast bar, ran out of several items and were slow to replace and refill food items. Not a bad hotel - good location, fair breakfast, comfortable bed. Never could get connected to the free wi-fi - front desk wasn't helpful at all - the first time I called, the person was hard to understand & when I thought he had put me on hold to go get someone to help, turns out he hung up on me. The rooms did not reflect the professionalism or demeanor of the front desk clerk. The carpets were thoroughly stained, odor was consistent with someone smoking and area was noisy. Would not consider staying again.

Was pretty conveintly located near everything , the rooms were clean, the front desk was nice, and the breakfast was pretty much exceptional. The price was very affordable for it to be spring break week. :-)

Everything was going well, until right before check out a man had opened our door and told us to check out. He DID NOT knock or anything. He just walked into our room. It was not yet 11:00. Customer service was the worst. Hotel manager on duty was very rude. She demanded too much information and had no respect for any of the guests. The room was filthy. Hair and garbage on the floor and walls. There was no hot tub anywhere. The website was misleading.

Upon entering the room it smelled like a combination of dog urine and puke. Further investigation proved that there were large spots on the floor where someone had thrown up and it never was properly cleaned up. The only way to mask the smell was to turn up the ac on high and ventilate the room. The pillows on the bed were the worse I have ever slept […] on. They were like smalls pieces of ground up foam rubber stuffed into a sealed case and they were uncomfortable to sleep on and they provided no support. The continental breakfast was good and the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available and I could not be moved. I will not stay there for future visits. It worked very well for us. We were actually in town for a family funeral. I made the reservations for my husband and myself, my sister and my brother and sister-in-law. We did not arrive together but the hotel had our rooms next to each other The clerk was very nice and polite when we checked in although it was close to midnight. The staff were pleasant and the location was convenient. The hotel is not very old but already shows sign of being generally dirty in appearance as far as stains on the room carpet. dingy paint and scrapes on the walls, etc... I checked in for a 2 night stay and the room was generally clean. However; the bathtub siding was dingy and had soap scum on […] it where it was not cleaned well and there was hair, dust and bits of paper everywhere on the floor under the bathroom sink that remained there throughout my stay. Even when they cleaned the room and made the bed on the morning of my first day of the 2 day stay. I mentioned it to the hotel owner and wife who were present and they seemed unconcerned about it and shrugged it off stating "I will mention it to someone" hopefully they were referring to the housekeeper. I also did not like the fact that they only had one small elevator for a 4 floor hotel located in the lobby and the rooms have to be accessed via the inside lobby there are no external room doors so everyone was constantly trying to access the only elevator causing a wait time on several occasions. I would rate it as "OK" or "tolerable" for the price as they say "You get what you pay for." Next time I visit I will spring for the slightly higher rate of a more impressive hotel. Read more

I enjoyed the hotel stay. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was great. We were only 10 mins from ever attraction site you would want to visit. It was very convenient to Sam's Club, all restaurants. Wonderful and not expensive at all. We stay 10 nights great price.
