Dartington is a special place, a restored medieval hall. Very beautiful and the rooms are up to 21st. century standards. The one mild problem was the WIFI was touchy; one had to stand by the window for it to work. Very reasonable priced.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were fantastic! Owners were very helpful. Good restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, however it is a number of single track lanes to get there. Very friendly and helpful inn keepers. Great breakfast. Enjoyable to walk the 240 acre farm. Convenient to other local sights in Devon.

very pleasant. we stayed here last year and the hotel has been nicely upgraded. English Breakfast was very nice and less greasy than you might expect.Easy and short work to the center of Exeter.

Friendly and helpful owner, quiet and well located. However the bathroom door would not open from inside once shut, the loo took many trials before it flushed and the shower was lukewarm about half of the time.The front door unlocking system at night took a bit of time to get used to and the parking spots were quite tight. "Weekend at The Bronte"
The entrance hall was a dumping ground for an old vending machine, fire extinguishers and other debris. The bedding and bathroom were clean but the bathroom was so small that there wasn't space for the wash basin which was located in the room itself. The television was very small and old and hung on the wall almost on the ceiling so was very difficult […] to watch without craning your neck. There was a double bed with a double duvet which wasn't big enough once two people were in bed - would suggest replacing with a kingsize duvet! The full English Breakfast was one of the best we have had - well presented and not swimming in grease.
