new hotel; nicely decorated and clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. There are several great restaruants close by. I will definately stay at the hotel again.

We were very pleased with this hotel and enjoyed all the amenities. We loved the atmosphere and comfortable, home-like perks they provided. Had a terrific buffet style breakfast with plenty to eat and enjoy. It's also across from a huge shopping mall where they seem to have just about everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Ontario area.

Nice homely felling. Everything is perfect apart from why use platic plates cups etc. think of the enviroment and to make it even more like you are "at home" why not use china and glass!!! The area is very nice good shopping and restaurants cinemas? IMAX a few minuets walk away.

The rooms were a little small for 3 people but it was clean and having a small fridge in the room was helpful. The breakfast was excellent and my family was able to fill up in a healthy way before we started our day.

room was clean and furnished beautifully. bathroom was nice size . If we are in the area again will stay there.Felt safe and close to just about anything you wanted or needed[ shopping food shows entertainment] to do.

I booked this hotel thinking it was the Country Inn at Ontario Mills I had stayed in previously but apparently that building was sold to another company. I was pleasantly surprised to find this brand new building was very nice and the staff were most helpful and hospitable. I was particularly impressed with the extent of the breakfast including eggs and bacon and a variety of breads and juices. It was a most pleasant and convenient for getting around by car.

Breakfast: Not enough hot food items. There are only 2 fried eggs left when we arrived at the restaurant. It took about 30 minutes before they replenished. Will still stay to this hotel, comfy and relaxing.

The hotel room is very spacious! It's new so its very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly & accomodating. If you need a nice place for a reasonable rate, this is the best place to stay in Ontario, CA

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel & enjoyed it very much. Hotel is nearly new & was very, very clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful, much more than expected. It's near shopping & not that far from the airport, if you're flying in. Breakfast selections were numerous & saved us lots of money. Definitely recommend it!

I was suprised that a hotel of this quality was so reasonable priced. I am not suggesting that you raise your price since I plan to visit again. The staff were remarkably friendly and went out of their way for us. I would recommend Country Inn and Suites to everyone.

The reservation was a bit screwed up when I got there (they no longer had rooms that were King/Non smoking), so they upgraded me. Fantastic room, quiet and comfortable. They were a bit slow in the check in process, but not bad.

The place was new, nice, and clean. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the fresh baked cookies in the evening. Very close to outlet mall. A little pricey but you get your money's worth through location and service. Would stay here again!

Look, it's Ontario. If you've read other reviews of hotels in the area know this: 1) everything is next to the airport; 2) the airport is adjacent to an active train track; and 3) a major highway is next to both of them. Get a room facing away from the them and you will be fine. This hotel is newly constructed, has a nice staff and provides clean comfortable rooms for a decent price.

Hot breakfast is all you need first thing when you wake up in the morning, and this hotel did it! Only one complaint is the food area space is too small that creates traffic between the guests and food servers. Coffee area is too close to the line where you can bump and spill hot coffee to someone, (in which I almost did...) not a good space for hot drinks. Other than that, I'm overall satisfied. Thank you.

Very nice hotel close to the airport, yet you wouldn't know it because the rooms were well insulated. Nice bed, great shower. The staff upgraded me to a suite and were there for me when I needed shuttle service. I would stay there again.
