The hotel is fairly new, but kept up very well. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The room was clean. Breakfast was one of the best free continental breakfasts I've ever had.

There was a sizable wet spot just outside the bathroom with no one to clean it up. For a relatively new hotel, they don't appear to be maintaining it that well. At the price point, we expected more. this was the best placed i've stayed in for a long time. front desk was terriffic and the room was great. room was equipped with everything, even paper towels!! there are no vending machines on each floor but a great snack place at the lobby that had good prices on everything, even pizza and ice cream. the breakfast was pancakes and omlettes with biscuits […] and gravy. Parking is too far away for reasonably easy loading and unloading. The south west door could not be opened from the outside (the maintenance man knows). Had to keep it open with the big plastic ashtray, when loading the car back up.

Great place to stay. We have stayed here many times now and every one has been pleasant. Things happen anywhere but when they happen here they are very friendly and accommodate us the best they can. Pool and hot tub are always clean and breakfast is very nice. More than most places have! Thank You

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Morris before while traveling with my children, however this trip was just my husband and I. I opted for the whirlpool suite (paid extra for this room) but the tub only had one jet that worked. When I turned on the jets ( the ONE that worked)...unidentified flecks began floating in the water. We stayed for one busy evening over Memorial Day weekend, with our dog. I felt our room was very clean and comfy. They placed us away from a lot of foot traffic, which was fitting for having a dog who may possibly bark. We were also thoughtfully put near a staircase that we could access easily. Hotel was nice, my room had an area in the bathroom that had some damage (water) to the baseboard that had been removed and never replaced. My parent's room had some ants in the bathroom. breakfast was great and pool well maintained.

It was the Holiday Inn in Morris that charged us again. As of right now, Holiday Inn has not yet returned any money. I stayed in this hotel for one night. Just passing through the area. The hotel is new, clean, bright and cheery. The rooms are a decent size and fairly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. If you need to travel through the area, I would definitely recommend staying the night here.
