Great hotel if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable solution. Obviously, it's a hotel chain, so it's not a cozy traditional English inn. Great bonus for us as a family - the whole family was able to comfortably sleep in one room.

The staff is wonderful at the HI Kenilworth - very customer focused which is nice to find these days. The room was superb - my only complaint is the location of the hair dryer. It's hard wired into a cabinet in front of the tv with no access to a mirror. the bed was comfortable, the room layout spacious, fast internet connection, easy walking distance […] to numerous restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel services, staff professionalism and overall hotel quality. There is plenty of car parking spaces - free, free WiFi and very comfortable beds. Restaurant iserves good quality food and restaurant staff are very attentive. Would stay again.

Stayed on the top floor (7th). Really lovely room - best value in Kenilworth by far and I've in most hotels in and around Kenilworth. You have to pay extra for breakfast and that's not cheap but there are plenty of places to get breakfast elsewhere in Kenilworth. Highly recommended. I can't fault the hotel it's self. However, we were supplied accommodation through our conference booking, and the hotel wouldn't cancel the booking, despite 45 minutes on the phone. Bad customer service policy! boo

It's a nice hotel in the small town Kenilworth. I would say the hotel is better than we expected. It's convenient that you may walk easily to restaurants and some shops. And if you drive, it's not far from Stratford to see Shakespeare's old home, or to the University of Warwick. Parking, breakfast, wi-fi, it's all there; no complaint at all.

The Holiday Inn Kenilworth was really comfortable - not much old world charm admittedly but free wifi, clean bathroom and comfortable beds make up for a slightly dodgy location in the middle of a roundabout and conference centre vibe. I was a little but annoyed at check out to find the supposedly complimentary newspapers offered on arrival cost me money […] but this is a small criticism as the staff were generally helpful and accommodating. Have stayed at this hotel a few times on business & experienced no issues. However, for last stay was allocated a new room crammed in beside mini gym. Room was comfortable but is positioned directly above service entrance. Noise from deliveries, bottle bins being emptied is very disturbing, and starts about 5am each day. Reception staff very unhelpful […] when I complained. Other than that, hotel is satisfactory for cost, but avoid rooms 230-235! Read more

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for our Wedding Anniversary and would definately return. The staff organised some champagne for the room (extra charge) and we got upgraded upon check in. Staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect for a wander around Kenilworth.

Clean, good amenities, attention to detail - flat screen tv, excellent bathroom, electric iron/ironing board, tea, coffee, complimentary internet access, excellent bath/shower, convenient location, ample free parking, comfortable room, quiet, good and working airconditioning. Bed, a bit on the firm side, but all said, highly recommended.
