My stay was OK but I do have some criticisms. Cuzco is very cold at night and hot liquids help digest foods at high altitudes. The rooms are not equipped with anything for boiling water as do hotels in Lima in the same price range.Also the staff was not fast and I had to repeat requests several times.

The hotel is nice, but the breakfast disapointing. If you come to the breakfast after 9 am, there is no longer anything in the buffet. There is no fruit or cheese, they do not replace. The comfort room is wanting, but the staff is kind and efficient.

The hotel is just good. there are lots of hotels nearest of Plaza D'armas and atrations and restaurants. The bathroom is small and a little it old. The staff is good and kind. The breakfast is ok.

My husband and I stayed there 3 nights and 4 days during March 2012. The staff was superb in every category, clean rooms, no street noise, on time wake-up calls, location was excellent, only a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas and places to eat. We will comeback to this hotel in a future visit.

The hotel was surprisingly huge. It took a couple of tries to even remember how to get from the entrance to my room. They are definitely trying to be a "fancy" hotel. The location was alright. Still in the old part of the city, but a little out of the way.

This hotel was really nice compared to a lot of our other accommodations in Peru. The room was very large, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The location wasn't great - we'd stayed a couple of nights earlier that week at another hotel in a more central location.

Going up and down the hill between San Blas and the Plaza allowed us to burn enough calories so that we lost weight even though we ate and ate. The staff at the hotel were remarkably friendly and helpful. There are other Casa Andina hotels closer to the Plaza, but we were very happy in San Blas.

Casa Andina San Blas is a lovely hotel, great location, good rooms, and a beautiful courtyard. The best part of all is the staff - our bags were delayed arriving in Peru, and the hotel staff spent countless hours on the phone with Delta, American Airlines, LAN, and the Cusco and Lima airports to try to track them down. It took 5 days, but without the […] Casa Andina people on our team (we don't speak much Spanish), I'm not sure we would have ever got them back. Only downsides: very low water pressure in the showers and toilets are a little dodgy. Read more

The room is ok, even though the bathroom is quite old and worth a renewal. It's 10 to 15m walk from placa des armas (the center) up the hill. The hotel itself is quite charming, there is a patio in the middle from which you access to all the rooms.
