"Great hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 8, 2011
I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kotor. The hotel provides free parking just outside of the city walls. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious even by American standards. The toiletries provided are of high quality. I loved the massive shower head in the bathroom. I was not bothered by the outside noise as some reviewers have complained but maybe because some of the clubs stopped operating in September. Walking through the square at 11pm at night, I did not hear any music blaring from the cafes and bars. I recommend eating dinner at Cesarica, (close to Hotel Marja in the Old Town). We ate there the first night and it was very good and cheap. The second night we ate at Galion which the hotel recommended and it seems that the hotel also owns it. I think the food was only ok. It does have a nice view of the old city but the food was nothing to write home about it. I thought my squid ink risotto was bland and my friend’s grilled squid was also bland. The grilled squid at Cesarica was much better.
"Beautiful hotel with cheap price"Reviewed by Harri V of "Finland" on Jul 27, 2011
Despite of 4km distance to Old Town of Kotor this hotel is worth of visiting. We spent the most romantic day and night in the hotel looking to Kotor Bay and mountains - from Balcony and comfortable king size bed! Breakfast was not very good, neither the service, but I recommend the place due to excellent view and good price/quality ratio.

"Good choice"
This was a three day business trip and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had room A2 on the first floor and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the AC worked.Taxis to town are cheap eur2. The absence of an evening restaurant forced me to get out and there is a local tavern within half a mile walk and a large nightclub/bar in approx 100 […] meters. friendly and helpful staff directed me to the bus to Budva and Cetinje which stops by the supermarket ( you have to flag it down) at a cost of Eur 2.50 Read more
"Ich fahre da wieder hin"
Ich war ein wenig skeptisch betr.der Strassenlage, aber da war es im Seitenzimmer sehr ruhig, bis auf einen 12 Stunden kläffenden Köter in der Nachbarschaft.Somit Fensteröffnungen sparsamst.Ein rustikales Restaurant gleich nebenbei ein besseres etwas weiter.Nachfragen!
