The hotel was clean and comfortable, apart from a few maintenance issues, the a/c wasn't working in my first room (Promptly changed by the front staff) and Shower drainage in second room was extremely slow; the service was good. This Is a nice enough hotel but we had a few problems that the front desk wouldn't help with like the heater being out the whole 4 days we stayed there and the housekeeper not leaving us any towels. Water was not hot for a shower. Stayed there for six days and never really had a good shower. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Excellent location if you don't have a car. Bus stop and Train Station are close by. Close to Victoria.

Very capable hotel, does what is says on the label. The location is out of the way and getting to public transport and the sights is a challenge. The car service available thru the front desk is a minus (our driver smelled something furious). But otherwise, a clean comfortable hotel. We would stay again.

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Basic breakfast was good and the hotel is just next door to an M & S food shop which was very convenient as we bought our lunch there prior to setting off on the long journey home. I would stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located and was reasonably tidy. Rooms were basic and starting to look a little aged, though everything worked. Breakfast should run to 11 at weekends and perhaps a later checkout. Overall I would use again though price is too high for what you get.

Clean room with helpful staff! Well located with a little supermarket opposite and M&S simply food next door. Breakfast was included in the price, simple but absolutly fine. Easy walking distance to public transport and to where we wanted to be. Would highly recommend and would stay again if needs be.

Booked this hotel for two adults, one 14 year old and an infant, 20 months. Emailed and requested a cot for the room a few weeks prior to our arrival and was advised that it wouldn't be a problem. Turned up to find there was no cot in the room. We also realised that there was no bath - only a shower (with no anti slip mat). The sink was too small to […] bath the infant in. He had already taken a fall in the shower. I requested a cot again and was given a travel cot - no mattress and no bedding, the woman on front desk said that she couldn't give me any. I enquired about any rooms that had a bath, and was abruptly told that all rooms had showers only. I would have been more than willing to pay for another room, but I assume the woman had thought otherwise. The sofa bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. I returned to the front desk the following day to ask for bedding for the infant, I was then offered more bedding an one or two duvets to pad out the travel cot. I gladly accepted and used the duvets to pad out the sofa bed and slept there with the infant, hoping that he would not fall out of the sofa bed. The rooms are a good size, the hotel is pleasant and the breakfasts are ideal. I wouldn't recommend it to those travelling with infants. One or two members of staff there really let the side down, their attitudes were uncalled for. We didn't find them welcoming or helpful. Read more

Paid for parking but didnt have room in their small lot so had to go across the street. Had to move the car by 8:30am back into hotel lot. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything throughout the night. Thankful it was only one night at this hotel.
