There was no free car parking, I had to leave my car across a busy road and round a corner with no security, the hotel charged me £8 for this but I was left no choice but to pay, there was no alternative. the sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable and if you sat on it you fell in between the springs. Hotel was easy to find and close to shops. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were in a large room great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The price which included breakfast was excellent. The hotel and room itself was clean, however I was initially put in a twin room, even though I had booked a double room. After this being rectified I was then moved and given a room which had a number of lightbulbs out. So not the best experience in my opinion.

Reasonable value. Clean. Breakfast a bit limited but many of the hotels competitors don't even include breakfast. Better experience compared to competitors. Tube stop not far away for getting around glasgow.

It was a business trip so the access to Glasgow places of interest was not an issue. It was only a short walk into town to the main shopping area and restaurants. Only issue was the public car park which was approx 100 yards away but you have to leave your car without a ticket to go and pay for a reduced rate voucher from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was comfortable. The biggest let-down was the breakfast - the 'fry-up' options were limited to sausages, baked beans and scrambled eggs, and the croissants and bread were quite stale.

Not far from central station and queen street station. Enoch shopping centre is just next door and there is a TESCO supermarket in the shopping centre, very convenient. The Italian restaurant on ground floor of the hotel is a hidden gem. Great food. 2-course lunch/dinner for £12.5. We ordered the 8 oz. steak (£3 extra) and the spaghetti with mussels […] for the main course. Fresh and tasty. Dessert was great as well. (£3 for tiramisu and £1.5 for hot beverage). Good location for what we were after. Bit of an issue with parking the car as instructions not clearly given by hotel at time of booking so ended up paying twice. Room was fine but bed wasn't comfortable, it seemed quite old which saw us rolling into the middle during the night.

Stayed at this hotel before and we had a room that overlooked the street. On this occasion our room was at the back. Same standard as before, no problem there, however the noise first thing in the morning is quite something. Workers from 6am on wards trailing large containers in and out of the hotel and the fans seemed to be working overtime!!! Hotel is clean and ideally situated for City Centre. No Hotel parking although there is a large car parking area nearby, with a concession for hotel guests. The room was pleasant and very clean. Traffic noise was quite apparent at night.

I found this hotel excellent value for money. It was clean and the staff were friendly.It was about 10min walk from central station and 5min walk from st. enoch underground. It was about 5min walk from shops.
