Location.
Situated in the heart of Toronto, Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Downtown is close to Princess of Wales Theatre, CN Tower, and Rogers Centre. Also nearby are Air Canada Centre and Hockey Hall of Fame.
Hotel Features.
Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Downtown has a health club, an indoor pool, and a spa tub. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. "Great stay"
The stay was good. It is next to all the important local spots. A few blocks from the all the night clubs and nice restaurants.

I would recommend this hotel, convinient location, in the middle of downtown and wlaking distance of all the attractions, clubs, restaurants, the staff is very helpful.

"Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Toronto Downtown"
It was great except the noise from the club. Even on the 12th floor the noise on Friday night and to a lesser extent Saturday night was loud. Hard to sleep and better to stay out late.
"Great Hotel and Kid Friendly"
Great hotel and location. Parking is expensive but to expected. Was great for the kids and treated us great. Will be staying there again when traveling to Toronto. Breakfest was awesome.

"Great location"
If you are planning on staying in downtown Toronto and are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with good ammenities and walkiing distance from major attractions (CN Tower, ACC, Rogers Stadium etc) then I recommend this hotel. We stayed a week and the hotel is modern and clean. We walked practically everywhere from this location in the entertainment […] district. There is also a Shoppers Drug Mart within a minutes walk that made it easy to grab a few essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing to consider is that there are also two night clubs on this street and Friday and Saturday nights it gets a little loud (Clubs:Tryst and Time). Overall this is minor but plan accordingly. "Great hotel, okay service"
Service: Overall service of the hotel was good but not great. I would say it's consistent with a 3-star hotel. Staff was nice but a little slow. They did their job but nothing beyond that. We used the valet service and the guys said he'd be back in 4-5 min. 15 min later we had to ask someone about our car before someone could tell us that there was […] actually a backlog and our car would be here 'soon'. 10 min later, our car arrived. Room: it was clean and nice. be forewarned though that the shower has a clear glass window to the rest of the room with horizontal blinds controlled from the OUTSIDE. know your rommate(s) from staying here. "Great Location For Jays Games"
This hotel is located in the entertainment district of the City of Toronto. Two blocks from Gretzky's restaurant and other nice bars and restaurants and only three blocks to the stadium. Staff was excellent and the rooms were perfect for our annual weekend baseball trip. Would stay there again without a second thought.

"Hilton Garden in Toronto"
We love the hotel very much. It was very clean and modern looking however I felt that whoever answers the phones doesn't let whoever they are supposed to know what to do. For example we requested a late check out and we were o.k.ed for that over the phone but in the morning we were asked if we were staying over another day because we were there after […] check-out. Then we tryed to use the pool and found out that our keys were disabled after the 12:00p.m. check out time when we tryed to use them in the pool door. Which led us to believe that our room key would not work on our door, which was right. So we called and they said someone would be there shortly. So after waiting about ten minutes we went to the front desk ourselves and the person there didn't have a clue what had happened. And lastly we had valet parked and called to have our car brought around and when we got to the lobby the parking attendent asked if we needed our car a nd we told him we had already called and he did not know anything about it. He did get our car in a timely manner so we were not unhappy with him. It just seems like some one is not informing one hand what the other is doing. "Toronto Hilton garden inn"
Close to bars/clubs and restaurants, all walking distance which is nice. There is a club next door open til 3am so if loud music bothers you this probably wouldn't be a good hotel. They make you pay up front in case you order room service which was annoying and caused some inconveniences. The front desk employees are not very knowledgable of the area […] so your basically on your own. Went for a football game an it was down the street from the stadium which was very conveienent. "Better than the Four Seasons in my view!"
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Sunday night then was at the Four Seasons for a conference. For the money, I thought the Hilton Garden Inn offered more value. Modern decor, nice bathroom, all the amenities I needed like room service. And I especially appreciated the free wi fi. I can't believe some of these so called hi end business traveller focused […] hotels that charge you $16 a day to connect, on top of their high rates. Staff was friendly and promptly attended to my requests. I was there on Sunday night so didn't have the issue of the nightclubs that others have raised. Only negatives were that the remote control was dirty, there was a food item on it. But all else in the room was nice and clean. Didn't have a chance to sample the work out facilities. Read more
"OK except for the club next door"
Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is in the entertainment district. Our room faced a music club, and we heard a thumping beat well into the morning hours (3 a.m.? 4 a.m.??). Otherwise -- the room was nice; the front desk was in no particular hurry to help you (not very Canadian!) Also, note that parking is $35 per day.

"Average Hotel with Nice Office chair and bed"
One of the newer hotels in the area this place had a very comfortable bed and comfortable office chair. Pretty standard hotel otherwise. I briefly checked into a room that happened to have very noisy neighbors. The staff was able to switch me to another quieter room on the upper floors. I'd recommend a higher floor because there is a club next door […] and you can hear the noise from the floors closest to the ground. Read more

Convenient location, close to downtown restaurants and shops. Lived up to the Hilton name for decor and cleanliness. Only drawback was the location of night clubs next door and across the street that were very noisy with loud music at night as well as noisy guests returning from the clubs at all hours.

"Hilton on Peter St in Downtwon Toronto"
This is a great hotel that is located in the perfect area of the city. It is close to the Rogers Centre, The club district and great shopping on Queen St W. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Sabrina, was fantastic. She smiled, and provided us with some much informaiton about the hotel and the city. The rooms are big, clean and the beds […] are so comfortable. I stayed here for my sister's stagette, and the hotel staff were so kind and happy to see a group of ladies being silly and enjoying themselves. And although I live about 30 mins away from this hotel, this will be my hotel of choice everytime I stay in Toronto - which is far more often than I like to admit. Read more

"Great Location!"
This hotel was located right in the middle of the entertainment district. Walking distance to almost everything. The rooms were in excellent condition and very clean as was the lobby. We had a fridge and microwave. We found underground overnight parking 1 1/2 blocks away from the hotel for $10 instead of paying the $35 to the hotel.

The first night was wonderful. Superior breakfast as well. Second night, rowdy guests checked in. We were woke up twice by them calling our room and hanging up. I called the front desk to tell them about it, and then I unplugged the phone to stop any further calls. They had towels delivered to our room at ll:30 at night although none were requested […] by us. At around 3:30 in the morning, they were laughing and screaming outside our room in the hall. "Not a family hotel"
We were visiting for a couple days and chose this hotel for its location and Hilton name. Unfortunately, the hotel is right next door to a night club. Lots of noise. We hardly slept a wink and we were on the 13th floor! Our 4 and 6 year olds were up sobbing until 2am because they couldn't fall asleep. We would not stay here again knowing how loud it […] is. "Great place, great price, great location"
Its within 1.5 km of the Skydome, CN Tower, ACC and Gretzky's Bar. Everything is right there. The place looks great, has an excellent staff and a great view from the upper floors. The only drawback that I found was that the bed was kinda hard. That only a small complaint and I highly recommend it.

This HGI wsa nicely located a few steps off the TTC streetcar line, making my daily trips to the Direct Energy Centre a breeze. As always, the staff are an integral part of what makes the Hilton Group outstanding, and these people were exceptional as well. I tried one of their "Evolution Rooms" and was not disappointed. The food was off the price mark […] in my opinion, though. As I write this, I am in another HGI in Florida, and the prices are less than half those in Toronto. As you can tell, I'm a fan of the new Hilton Garden Inns, and will continue to book them as often as possible. Read more
