The beds were sooo comfortable. Nice small pool, and jaccuzi. Rooms nice size and all updated! I would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The desk staff were all very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good...yogurt, fruit, eggs, juice and bread items. This is a good Hotel from the BW chain. We have been in other locations where the room was too small. This is one have a spacious bedroom and it is also very clean. It is easy to find but it helps if you take a look at google maps before start driving.

We were very pleased with our 4 day stay. The breakfast was superb - hot food and an excellent variety. The decor is warm and welcoming. Room very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Everyone was extrememly helpful. The property itself is very nice. I think it's only like 2 years old. In-room internet was fast. Fitness room was comparable to a much larger property. Overall I would highly recommend.

This hotel is a good place to stay for those attending a concert at the performing arts center in Canandaigua. About 20 minutes away from Canandaigua and easy to get to. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has convenient location. Staff very helpful.Walls could use extra soundproofing - next door TV very loud late at night. Night staff did not respond to airport driver dropping off lost baggage even tho we alerted staff earlier. Bags were almost returned to airport until we went down to lobby at 2:00 AM Otherwise, all good.

We're guests three times a year and the accomodations are first class. The location is convenient (off I-90) and the new humongous shopping mall is just up the road with several really good restaurants. The price is very reasonable and we love it.

There was a junior hockey tournament in the area, so there were a number of teams staying at the hotel. Surprisingly the rooms were very quiet despite the running around in the hallways. Breakfast we more than adequate. The only minor negative was the pool was small (may have been because of the hockey players). Good Hotel
