There was a dead roach in front of room 219 which was there during most of my stay. Perhaps is still there.

The room was nice upon arrival, but a close look revealed clipped toenails on the floor next to the bed and dirty tub. Too bad this hotel isn't being cleaned well- it is nice and new, but won't last long if this continues.

The property was a poor choice for our stay. The only restaurant closeby was a Waffle House, which was typically dirty with poor service. The "suite" advertised two queen beds and a sofa bed. The queens were, in fact, not queens but double beds and the "sofa bed" was a small love seat size bed. Room was not cleaned when I arrived to check In. The property I booked online was not the same property when I arrived in Montgomery. Room was too small for what I was charged. The Clerk tried to charge me a second time for the room. A bad experience

The room was ok and the morning breakfast was good but the pool was green throughout our 3 day stay. The 1st day the maintenance man told us that he was working on it and he would reopen it in two hours and when we went back it was still green. The 2nd day it was a little more greener and the 3rd day it had a thick algae growing on the steps and the […] sides and was very green. I took a walk to the three nearby hotels and checked out their pools and they were all clear. When I checked out I asked the clerk why we were not told when we checked in that the pool was not usable and she told me that we could have used it. I explained to her that the water was green and she told me that it was not true and that she and the manager personally stood at the pool while the pool company cleaned it until it was clear. I invited her to go with me to the pool so that I could show her and she proceeded to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with the pool and she refused to go out with me to confirm what I was saying. This ruined what was to be a nice long weekend for me and my family. I wish that I would have known that it was going to be like this for the whole weekend because I would have checked right back out on the 1st day and would have gone to one of the other nearby hotels and would have enjoyed my weekend. I will not stay at this particular hotel again. Read more
