Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and very helpful as we were having flight cancellations left and right with the approaching blizzard. They checked weather patterns on their computer for us. Allowed us to print multiple boarding passes. Very nice breakfast included. View was gorgeous. Very pleased.

I was very pleased with the price, location and excellent customer service. The bathroom was a liitle small, but I can deal with that....room was very clean and it was nice that that the staff knew I really needed wi-fi and placed me in a room where it would work the best. Thank you so much.

The stay was great except for he toilet in the bathroom. I got a big bruise by being pinched when I sat down. The seat was wobbly. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff professional. I would use Hampton Inn again.

Loved the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable with a wonderful view of the back garden. Breakfast was good. The staff kept out of the way, but were available if we needed anything. The hotel was very quiet since it is off the main drag, but it is very close to the action. The parking was great. We were able to park the car and walk to everything in town. A great experience overall.

This was a great place, especially for the price. I walked into the room and immediately wished I were staying more than one night! First, the hotel is right on Route 1 and was close to everything I needed. The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff were amazingly friendly. The room was spacious, and the furniture and look of the […] room were very comfortable with a cozy coastal theme. The view was amazing, and they include binoculars (nice ones, too!) so that you can see even further from your deck/balcony, which I believe every room has. Even the bathroom was great - very large for a hotel bathroom. The only things that I did not like were that the rooms do not have microwaves (unless you get a suite) or coffee pots (although there is free coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning) and the mini-fridge was located in the bathroom, which might be awkward if you are there with other people. Those things considered, though - I would stay again in a heartbeat. LOVED it. Read more

Very nice quiet room. Wifi did not work int he room, but we were able to access it from the office sitting area. Beautiful grounds and landscaping.

Island View Inn provided a lovely, comfortable room. It was convenient for driving to Camden, Rockport, Rockland -- lots to see. The view from the room was a special treat. Just sorry the weather was not conducive to walking around the property. We would definitely return.
