Restaurant and bar service was nice. My big complaints: a) the towels or better still, the lack thereof. Two of us checked in to find one set of towels (one bath and two hand towels to be precise). No wash cloths. In the morning I went out into the hall found the maid and she all but implied I was silly for not finding the cabinet with an extra bath […] towel stuffed in a plastic bag. Even if I found it I doubt I would be tempted to open the bag or use the towel. Why not just put it in the bathroom? Next morning: one bath towel in the bathroom and the one in the plastic bag was not replaced. Dried off with a hand towel. Suggestion: simply stock the room with an adequate number of towels for the number of guests. b) Bus service: they do not take reservations for the bus to the airport. We came downstairs at 7:45 for a roughly 8:00 AM bus. There were over 40 people waiting for the same bus (I counted) and the bus does not hold as many as was there. (These people are both hotel guests and park and ride patrons.) Ended up taking a taxi instead of their bus. Suggestion: make reservations then at least your customers will understand the need for alternate transportation. Read more

Simple Irish breakfast for myself and child over 30 euros!!! They may give a competitive room rate but they fleece you on food and beverages.

We always stay at your hotel.My only criticism, though small, is there are no power plugs BESIDE the beds. My husband uses a breathing mask every night and i always have to request TWO extension leads to run the cable from the bed to the power point on the other side of the room. Apart from that the service is very good.

This was my third stay at the Bewley's Hotel Dublin Airport. Staff has always been efficient and helpful. Rooms are well maintained. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is a fantastic bonus. Plan to stay there the next time I fly home from Dublin.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Not enough towels for two people. Some lights bulbs in bathroom were out. Service in restaurant was poor. Breakfast was dried out like it had been sitting out for a long time. Beds were comfortable.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Dublin airport; however, it wasn't the nicest place. You get the feeling like the staff doesn't really like tourists, and the overall atmosphere is very cold. But if you want to be close to the airport, this place does the trick!

While the actual room was fairly nice, the bathtub drain was completely backed up. The hotel lobby furniture was extremely worn and in need of refurbishing. And the lobby men's toilet could use a bit of upkeep. Service, rates and location were suitable.

We were staying in Dublin for a 1 day layover and reserved Bewley's on a hotel travel website for 3 guests for less than $70. When we got the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (took about 45 min with wait time and transit) the hotel staff welcomed us and upgraded our room to a larger room for no apparent reason. We were at the hotel overnight for an early flight out of Dublin. Transportation to mad from the airport via the shuttle was easy and convenient. Breakfast was serve yourself, good choices, quick and easy. Very pleasant stay.

We stayed in thos hotel as the final leg of our week long trip through Ireland and it was just what we needed. We dropped the rental car at the airport and caught a cab to the hotel. I wish we would have known that the hotel provided a shuttle service. After checking in we had a light lunch. The cafe was excellent with great soup and prompt service. […] We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaraunt that evening. Great place to stay coming to and from the airport. Bus to and from airport comes quite frequently. Cost was very reasonable, free internet. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant service and food was quite good.

Did not like hotel, was not at airport like I was looking for, I had a rental car and it was difficult to navigate road from airport to hotel, could see hotel but could not get there. When we finally got there there was noise in the corridor in the middle of the night, people hanging out and yelling! Would never stay again.

This hotel appears luxurious from the outside. Once we arrived at the registration desk, it was the complete opposite. We arrived at 2300 and we asked for some amenities (razor, shaving cream, etc.). The front desk agent said they have a vending machine with those items. The vending machine was empty. Then, we got to our room and they DO NOT PROVIDE […] SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, LOTION, SOAP, OR ANYTHING NECESSARY TO STAY IN A HOTEL! The service was absolute rubbish! I'm from the U.S. and we have high standards. This was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. We wanted to stay here to be close to the airport. There's NOTHING in the vicinity of the hotel EXCEPT the airport! I called to the front desk and it rang 20 times - nobody answered the phone. I assumed they were busy. I waited a few minutes and called back. Same thing happened - phone rang 30 times and nobody answered. Finally, I went to the front desk to ask about some shampoo, soap and lotion. The girl at the front desk was so rude, she threatened to ignore me because I was "too aggressive." This hotel is like staying in the sewers and the outside appears like a palace. I requested wake up calls. None came. We almost missed plane. Airport shuttle comes "unscheduled" so we waited the whole 20 minutes extra at 4:30 AM. The food was not up to even hotel-food par. The staff at reception never answered when I called from Dubln Airport for the shuttle srvice. I held for 20 minutes, listening gto "wde will be with you in a very short time." They also did not give me an important e-mail that my husband had sent. Worse, they failed to give me the requested telephone call, and I very nearly missed my flight back to […] the US. Clean, convenient. Huge social area in lobby. Free wi-fi. Free shuttle to airport...then take the bus 747 to city center for one last visit. helpful and friendly shuttle drivers. Could not ask for more. Great place to stay for the money..
