      All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

    Beautiful, quiet hotel right on the black sand beach of Ladispoli. Private beach lounging is available with a drink bar and outdoor dining. Service was... exceptional! Gorgeous pool on the grounds was perfect for a dip after spending all day on the beach! The hotel restaurant was excellent also and there was plenty of food to find in the area on foot. Quick and easy access to the Rome airport made this spot nearly perfect. What more could a person want for a nice weekend on the Mediterranean. by Andrew  from Seattle, WA on 07/10/12

    Workers were nice but management was rude. They kept telling us what to do, such as, to not use the picnic table for a picnic lunch because they preferred that we buy lunch in their restaurant. Room was clean but hot and stuffy during the day. The a/c couldn't cool the room down until the sun went down. Charged us for parking without telling us there […] was a fee. We would have parked 10 ft away in the street if we had known. Lots of little things that will keep us from returning. Read more

    Beautiful, quiet hotel right on the black sand beach of Ladispoli. Private beach lounging is available with a drink bar and outdoor dining. Service was exceptional! Gorgeous pool on the grounds was perfect for a dip after spending all day on the beach! The hotel restaurant was excellent also and there was plenty of food to find in the area on foot. […] Quick and easy access to the Rome airport made this spot nearly perfect.     The location is fantastic. The hotel is pretty old but in relatively good shape for an italian hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is very expensive, good service, but awful food, particulary breakfast. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We found the biggest bug I've ever seen in the room, had to call the cleaning lady to get rid of it. Beurk.

    We were able to reach the hotel from the airport via train and bus, very reasonably priced, around 15 euros per person. We felt the price of other transfers generally on offer were too expensive, 50 to 100 euros. The hotel staff dropped us off at the rail station next day, a 20 min train ride from Civitavecchia. Hotel was well appointed near the Mediterranean, […] lovely grounds, tastefully furnished room, free wi fi, attentive staff who spoke good English, hearty breakfast included in the reasonable tariff. While we thought the hotel was excellent in all respects, because we were cruise passengers, we would consider being closer to the port if we were to do this again, saving us another train journey.     Siden det var tidlig på året var det viktig å finne et hotell med svømmebasseng. Litt skuffende å oppdage at det ikke åpnes før midten av juni som regnes som start av sommersesongen i Italia. Burde stå i hotellinformasjonen. Restauranten var meget bra, men noe stive priser.

    Schöne Lage des Hotel, sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage. Zimmer alle im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer mittelmäßig aber Matratzen viel zu hart und unbequem. Der Sauberkeit gebe ich nur 2 von 5 Punkten, da auch Schimmelflecken/Stockflecken im Bad und in der Dusche vorhanden sind. In den Ritzen wurde nicht geputzt - also alles nur oberflächlich. Der tolle Pool […] in der Außenanlage durfte leider nur mit Badekappe genutzt werden. In meinen Augen ein absolutes Nogo in der heutigen Zeit. Die Badekappen sowie der Parkplatz werden separat in Rechnung gestellt. Positiv ist das Personal zu bewerten. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Positiv ist auch die Strandnähe in zwei bis drei Minuten vom Zimmer aus zu erreichen. Read more

Ook het plaatsje is leuk met aardige winkels een gezellige boulevard en veel restaurants. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd maar je kunt ook met de trein naar Rome of Civitavecchia.     Heet is een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers, het ziet er allemaal heel mooi uit met een mooi zwembad aan het strand endicht bij luchthaven en Rome. De service viel ons tegen, er was niets waaruit bleek dat je een drankje kon nuttigen, ja eten in het restaurant wat pas om 20.00 uur open ging. Bovendien was de informatie heel zakelijk wat allemaal verboden […] was. Dat je een handdoek en een badmuts kon krijgen moest je zelf maar achter komen. De grootste tegen valler vonden we wel de weinig service gerichte instelling toen bleek dat we niet van het ontbijt gebruik konden maken doordat we al vroeg moesten vertrekken. Geld terug was niet mogelijk en vooraf wat fruit of een broodje was in feite niet bespreekbaar. Uiteindelijk van de nachtwaker wel een appeltje en wat jus gehad. Read more

    Nicht nur für Rombesichtigungen, sondern auch als ruhiger Pool- und Standurlaub ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Ladispoli ist eine italienische Kleinstadt in der man neben Geschäften, Märkten, Restaurants und Bars viele Angebote für einen unterhaltsamen Abend zu unternehmen.

    Vi fikk god service på hotellet (muligens fordi mannen min troppet opp i full dress i 35 varmegrader?), men undertegnede ble glatt oversett av stedets kelner på vår eneste middag - pater familias tar alle avgjørelser her... Stor hage med basseng og paviljong med skygge ga masse plass til gjestene, og stranden var på andre siden av hagen og restaurantområdet. […] Noen småbarn, uten at de satte sitt preg på stedet.     Valget av hotellet ble gjort i forhold til nærhet til flyplass og jernbanestasjon som gjorde det lett å komme til Roma. Vi var to personer som skulle slappe av, lese, bade og besøke Roma. Dette stedet er noe av det vakreste jeg har sett! Rommet var stort og godt, renholdet ypperlig. Dessuten hadde hotellet en restaurant med utmerket mat. Nice staff, leanded out beach towels for free :-) 10 minutes walk to the main street, and 25 minutes from the train station. Ok breakfast, fresh orange juice!!! Nice sea food resturant at the location, main dishes from 20 euro, great service and good […] wine. Ladispoli is located 45 minutes, by train, from Rome.
