Is a great hotel but very far from KL. You need can take a taxi for $30 to $40 to KL or take a train $3 to $4 from Putrajaya to KL Sentral and move from there.

We stayed here for one night in transit but I wish we had longer. The hotel is built like a palace and the rooms were unique and had a luxurious feeling. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff very friendly. The restaurants and lounge in the hotel had a wonderful ambience. Vegetarian food can be a challenge. Overall, great hotel.

Beautiful building with lots of Malaysian character on the lake and next to the marina where you can take a boat cruise. Negatives: over-priced, so-so food, and a very loud PA system in the outdoor bar that rocked our room. But they did turn it off at 10 p.m.

This is a must stay place. Very elegant hotel. Chose hotel due to close proximity to KLIA/LCCT airport. 5 star resort. Free Wifi. Recommend take train to Putrajaya station then taxi to hotel (only $5).Only took 20 minutes by Taxi to Airport. Found local taxi driver that was only $20 USD to airport the next day.

The hotel is located nearly 30 km from the airport. It costs an extra $60 for R/T, addeded to the cost of hotel makes staying at a closer hotel would have made more sense. The information I received from Hotel. com rep that the hotle provides free R/T transportation to the airport was false.

We have twice stayed at a Pullman hotel, and the one in PutraJaya is simply breathtaking. The hotel grounds are cared after with great concern so that you feel you've entered into a palace of some sort. The design and lay out is unique and beautiful. And the lake it sits next two is lovely and peaceful as well. The staff greeted us with a smile and […] kind words, they even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room since it was my special day. They definitely went above and beyond. The bed is very soft and comfy. The room layout is modern and clean. After checking in, we received a notice that they would be fumigating (both inside and outside) beginning at 11 PM the night of our stay. Not sure what they were actually doing, but it sounded like someone power-washing both in the hallway and on the exterior of the building - VERY loud, and not something you want to hear at 1 AM when you are trying […] to sleep. When we called to complain, we were told that they "had told us they would be doing it". At 2:30 AM, they began conducting a sound-check on a PA system (think "testing, testing, one, two, three") - when we called to complain about this, we were told there was a wedding in the morning. Would have been great to get a little sleep the night before a 30-hour trip back home. Between all of the noise and the fact that someone had clearly been smoking in my "non-smoking" room, I will not be returning to this hotel. Such a pity, because it is a really lovely facility. Faultless. We stayed here one night to catch an early morning flight from Kuala Lumpur airport, and fell in love with Pullman. The service was spectacular, the rooms were spectacular, the grounds were spectacular. We had the buffet dinner at the B's restaurant and it was amazing. We were pretty reluctant to leave!

The hotel room was just lovely, especially loved the spa bath in room!! The hotel staff were fantastic......however, the restuarant is what let them down. Not much in the way of veges at all, salad and one vege. The restuarant is large and looks more like a cafeteria and at breakfast they constantly ran out of food at the buffet and would take 10-15 […] minutes before it was replenished. The staff there seemed to be running around a lot without too much direction. The BBQ they held on the pier, 'Village Restuarant' was a terrific setting.......shame once again only salad (mostly lettuce) potoato and only one other vege. The lamb was dry and overcooked but all other meat was lovely and plentiful also had plenty of seafood. It is a wonderful place to stay..........but I think they need to look at how they manage the kitchen. They had a wonderful games room there and the swimming pool, gym and spa facilities are top notch! Staff at reception were extremely friendly and most helpful. Read more

Stayed 1 night on a lay over back to Australia, 30 mins from airport & a $23 taxi fare each way to lcct (klia is 20mins). Large hotel but very good service provided by staff, nice decor and lake area is also nice. Located 30mins away from KL central (golden triangle), the hotel is a good compromise with the usual 2 hours jam if we have stayed in hotels near KL central.
