This place is highly underrated based on its star rating. It is definitely 4-star for Europe, especially the grounds and breakfast. The rooms are slightly less nice, but are appropriate for a place where you are constantly wet and sandy from swimming. I didn't know anything about the area but certainly lucked out picking this hotel online. It was not in the center of "town" but that turned out to be better, as it was quieter but still easy to walk to the main part of town as well as to the sandy public beach and lidos in the other direction. Best part is the semi-private cove right below the hotel. […] Beautiful water and rocks. Staff was extremely helpful and suggested good restaurants, directions to local attractions and made sure we saw their annual celebration event in the harbor which was spectacular. The breakfast is really very good, and has a broad range of offerings, with a nice outdoor patio area. We were on the 3rd floor facing the sea with a balcony view all along the bay excellent particularly as my wife is a smoker. An adequate continental breakfast and large swimming pool. The staff in reception were very helpful and spoke good english. It was an easy walk to the harbour area for dinner at various restaurants. Worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel booked in a coachload of what must've been 100 teenaged school kids. There were what sounded like 3 schoolkids in the room next to ours, as well as just tens of kids running up and down the halls screaming at all times. The pool was like a water theme park. After complaining three times and asking to change […] rooms, we went down to check out and were given another room on the top floor. We could still hear the kids screaming until 3.30 in the morning when we called again to complain. There didn't seem to be any adults supervising the group. We felt cheated that as paying guests we were subjected to such chaos and noise. Otherwise it is an OK hotel - on a busy main road, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, the pool is nice but close to the road. Breakfast was great. But it's unforgiveable to put your guests through a mass teenaged school trip, in my opinion, and not assist to move guests away from the chaos! We lost a whole night's sleep and as we had gone to the hotel to recharge it was completely frustrating. Read more

Staff were very nice - but hotel location was only average. We got a room at the back of the hotel - absolutely no view - rooms were basic though very clean. The hotel was located on a main busy road with little else around it - prices of drink at the pool side were way too high. Breakfast was nice. best point of the hotel was the helpful staff.

Wir fanden Unterkunft und Frühstück insgesamt akzeptabel. Da wir die Balkontür wegen der kühlen Witterung meist geschlossen hielten, hielt sich der Sraßenlärm in Grenzen. In der warmen Jahreszeit ist die Lage des Hotels trotz des sehr schönen Blicks aufs Meer jedoch als sehr bedenklich zu sehen.

Palvelu hotellissa ystavällistä. Hotelli siisti ja mukava. Ei parempaa voi toivoa. Ravintolan puuttuminen huono juttu. Etäisyyskin hieman haittasi, mutta hotellin henkilökunnan hyvän toiminnan tuloksena, kaikki kuljetukset ja matkat hoitui loistavasti.

Le camere sono ben condizionate e pulite, il personale gentile, disponibile e professionale con conoscenza anche delle lingue straniere. Presenti frigobar e cassaforte. La colazione abbondante nel cibo con una sezione anche continentale e una buona dose di torte, crostate e brioches. Unica piccola pecca è la macchina del caffè che utilizza le miscele della più nota casa svizzera di caffé istantaneo. Non avrò letto bene le condizioni, però ho dovuto ("voluto") pagare altri 176 € per poter far guidare l'auto anche a mia moglie e avere una copertura assicurativa più adeguata (mi è stato detto dall'addetto a Palermo che in caso d'incidente ero coperto […] per solo 1.000 € e quindi mi conveniva integrare ). L' hotel è collocato al centro del golfo e dalle camere, quasi tutte con balcone, si gode di un panorama unico. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e ben climatizzate. Il buffet mattutino è abbondante, praticamente infinito. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è strategica, in dieci minuti a piedi si è al porto da cui partono escursioni in […] barca per Scopello e per la riserva dello Zingaro, e dove si può andare a fare quattro passi serali. L'hotel è dotato di un tunnel sotterraneo che accede ad una caletta dall'acqua cristallina ad uso pressoché esclusivo dei clienti e di una piscina di buone dimensioni. In pratica si può fare un'intera vacanza senza muovere l'auto. Noi ci siamo trovati bene ed abbiamo chiesto il prolungamento di una notte, la nostra junior suite non era disponibile per la notte successiva ma il personale si è dato da fare per spostarci in una camera conforme alle nostre esigenze. Se vogliamo proprio impegnarci a cercare dei difetti possiamo dire che il più vecchio dei due ascensori è piccolo e che l'ubicazione è fronte strada. Ma sinceramente sono talmente tanti i pregi che non vedo proprio l'ora di tornarci e lo suggerisco a coloro che leggono la recensione. Vi trivdes totalt sett mycket bra på Hotel Punta Nord-Est under våra 4 nätter där i slutet av juni månad. Det mesta var till belåtenhet och fungerade bra. Läget är bra med promenadavstånd till centrum och restauranger. På minussidan noteras för hårda sängar och att det var lyhört mellan rummen.

l'hotel è pulito. la prima colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con l'integrazione di prodotti locali, in particolare agrumi e dolci. sarebbe meglio ritardare il check out visto che la maggioranza dei clienti viaggia con aerei. personale gentile. Direi di non parlare di spiaggia dell'hotel perchè lo spazio è ridotto e scomodo.

Lo único que no nos gusto mucho es que no fue facil de encontrar dado que la avenida donde esta es muy larga. Tampoco que el parking es muy pequeño y enseguida se llena. Y las habitaciones no son muy nuevas, pero estan limpias. En general es caro como hotel dado que es como un hotel tipico de playa, con los suelos y el mobiliario un poco antiguos pero […] abrir la ventana y dar al mar directamente no tiene precio. El jacuzzi en el baño fue estupendo. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y te indican dónde comer con descuentos (y son buenos restaurantes!). En general un buen hotel para ir a Palermo. Read more
