The hotel and staff are wonderful and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to Barcelona! The room was very clean and neat and the daily maid service was exceptional. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. Walking out of the hotel and looking up at the Cathederal every morning was surreal. Beautiful hotel and wonderful location!

The hotel was clean and neat, the staff very helpful, and the bathroom was great. We also found the price fair and reasonable. The view out of the back of the hotel was not the best- apartment back porches and dirty laundry, so keep the curtains closed.

Stayed for a five night family vacation. Our room for three was very nice with a king bed and sofa bed. Efficiency kitchen with dishes and silverware and cookware. Compact refrigerator. Very well located in Eixample neighborhood one block from metro station. Easy walk to many restaurants and the Passieg Gracia or upper part of the Rambla Cataluna. However the BEST was the service of the front desk. Whatever the request they were ceaseless in their efforts to please and accommodate. Information, directions, recommendations for eating and transportation, ticketing. The staff could not do enough for us. This is service that is rare to find in the amenities industry: a true personal touch. My family can heartily recommend the Acacia Suites for a Barcelona vacation. The only negative for some is that it is not located directly on Plaza Cataluna or the Rambla but if you want a quieter neighborhood, with a local feel it is a very nice place.

A predominantly upmarket residential neighbourhood, Sarria-Sant Gervasi’s principal thoroughfare is the Diagonal, the city’s primary business and commercial district. The area is good for shopping with two branches of El Corte Inglés department store and L’Illa Diagonal mall. Neighbouring Gràcia (east) is best for a more local eating, drinking and shopping experience while and Pedralbes (north) is also well worth a visit.

"THE finest hotel in 180 days of hotels."
Amazing. I had the terrace room, which was absolutely beautiful. Huge terrace (larger than the room itself). Bed was outstanding. But more importantly, the service was impeccable. I was greeted in the parking garage each time I returned, and the concierge made two reservations for me at very busy restaurants. Both were fantastic. This is TRULY a five-star […] hotel, and I can say that I have stayed at quite a few other 5-stars that don't even compare. Worth every penny. Read more

Thanks for a wonderful weekend. We had a great and pleasant stay.The room was gorgeous with super design. Spa facilities were also very nice to use. Located in a quiet area close to the city center by train. A perfect hotel for a romantic stay.

Hotel muy íntimo y tranquilo, con únicamente quince habitaciones (aunque parece que hay incluso menos) y un trato muy personal y agradable. Situado en la zona alta de Barcelona (Av. del Tibidabo, 1), da la sensación de estar en una vivienda particular de la alta burguesía catalana. Las habitaciones están impresionantemente insonorizadas, con lo último […] en tecnología (TV y teléfonos de Bang&Olufsen, hidromasaje, cortinas eléctricas, etc.) y camas king size. Durante nuestra estancia, sólo sentimos o vimos a otros huéspedes durante el desayuno (€ 30 por persona, caro pero muy bueno) y nunca nos encontramos con personal de limpieza o carritos por los pasillos, a pesar de estar impecable el hotel. Masajes y spa (lástima que cierre a las 21:00), restaurante Abac con una estrella Michelín que no probamos (tuvo dos hasta hace poco) y personal agradabilísimo.
