The motel was in a very decent location, drive-in burger joint right across the street. The room was small, especially with two queen beds! The shower was cramped and not well lit. Overall, the price is very decent and a great place to sleep if you are just passing through.

I have stayed in lots of little motels and they usually are dirty and poorly maintained, with cracks in the walls and fixtures in disrepair. I was almost shocked at how well maintained this beautiful little motel is. No cracks, no dirt, no bugs, nothing falling apart. Even the landscaping is clean and neat. This hotel was very nice. The beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly and organized. I wish there had been a hairdryer in the room though, and our tv was a bit distorted. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Could be cleaner, needs light in the bathroom. You couldn't see in the shower. It was pretty well kept, and worked fine for overnight, but it was the highest quality by any means.

I attended a conference about 2 blocks away from where I stayed. I recommend staying at the Dixie Palms to everyone. I never saw a night that had an empty room. Many special discounts not found else where for the area. Staff was fabulous!

No thrills,just a bedroom & tiny bathroom,and an even smaller shower !! Bathroom had a strange smell,but a carry a smell destroyer(cinnamon bedbug spray) !! Bathroom window would not shut completely,& did not have an exhaust !Walls in bathroom would become wet . I would try other hotels,but ,would not be afraid to use once again .

Wonderful staff, very helpful and fast in checking us in and offering some tips and coupons for surrounding area. Room was very clean and had a nice older but well kept feel to it. I felt like it had a little more character than the usual cheap hotels. The furniture looked nice and well made. It included a small fridge and microwave. Not really good value. We were staying only one night so it was not too bad. The people were nice, the room furniture adequate, the rug was worn, uneven with the pad bunched up in places. The worst was the bathroom. There was a foul oder and not sure but I think there was a gas trap missing that allowed sewer gas into room.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The room was hot and noisy from outside wind and running water from next unit; so running the air conditioner was the remedy. The bathroom was small, but very clean and adequate. Parking made loading and unloading easy.
