I got to the hotel late and checked in. The desk clerk was very courteous. He gave me 10 minutes to get to my room and called to make sure everything was satisfactory. The hotel was perfect in every way after a very long and stressful work day!

Pictures on website matched the hotel. Very nicely decorated clean. Nice staff, the only problems i had was the walls are kind of thin, i could hear a neighbor sneeze, the room doors are heavy so you hear everyone's slamming shut and there was a small sticky area in the carpet, but overall nice stay

Upon my arrival I found that the photos I saw on travel advisor were pretty accurate. The lobby was very beautiful with a man made waterfall in the middle of the lobby. My first impression was that the lobby was not quite as spacious as the Holiday Inn at Stockbridge or the one at Princeton Lake court location. It appeared the hotel had just been constucted but after asking the front desk they said it was about four and a half years since they opened. The hotel is new brand new condition. The staff was very fruendly and accomodating. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

I find all pillows at Holiday Inns now to almost always be unsatisfactory. Generally all of these hotels are new and a great deal of money has been spent on amenities, construction, etc. but very stiff and cheap pillows. Should be given option for feather pillows over almost bounce back rubberized cheapos.

Great hotel. Very clean, new like. Modern decorations. Great amenities. Never made it down for breakfast but atleast it was offered. Didn't like that my room was located across from elevator but made the most of it. Little noisy due to a family having a family reunion. But I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Fairburn. At check in, Carla was friendly and very helpful. They had a small manager's reception with beer, sodas, cookies and a few other snacks. The kids liked the cookies and I enjoyed an ice cold beer. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. I would stay there again. Thanks Carla!

Was visiting friends in the area. New hotel provided convenient location both to I-85 and my friends in nearby suburbs. However, this hotel is still a considerable distance from downtown Atlanta, so I wouldn't want to commute into Atlanta to see sites. For our purpose, it worked wonderfully.

Booked this hotel because I attended a wedding which was literally down the street from the venue. I loved the decor in the rooms-the poka dots were too cute. Very comfortable, spacious and above all clean! The complimentary breakfast is a self service.

We chose this hotel so that we would be near a friend that lived in College Park, Ga. It is located on the outskirts of Atlanta so it is about 20 miles to down town but, it is in a very quite area and you can tell by looking around that they are about to build up the area around the hotel as well. The hotel is not near any "sit down" resturants but […] there are some fast food restruants very close by. The very next exit off I85 are the malls, walmart, groceries, so even though you feel like you are in residential and off by yourself you can drive within 5 minutes to whatever you may need. The hotel staff was very kind. I checked in early and wanted a room near my in-laws. When I went to inspect the room it wasnt finished, when I let them know they fixed the situation immediately and discounted my first nights stay for the trouble. The new room was very clean, bathroom included and stocked. They have an indoor pool and spa. The spa is small but hot and clean. The pool is indoor but not heated, so be aware. They have complimantry breakfast in the morning, selection is not bad. Attendant keeps the items stocked. Eggs, biscuts and gravy, a pancake maker then your normal continal breakfals items. Overal great stay. I will be using this hotel everytime we stay in Atlanta from now on. Great job Holiday Inn++. Read more
