Very nice except the problem we encountered with our room. We had to wait for maintenance to change out the battery on the door because our room keys wouldn't work. We loved everything about the hotel except that the pull out couch that we had to use was most uncomfortable! The mattress was not a quality mattress and hardly worth pulling out. I was really disappointed. We were there for a swim meet. Stayed here previously. Staff was standing around at front desk when I walked up. No one greeted us, no one asked to help. The only negative about our stay was that the lighting in the room was not as bright as we would have liked. My husband and I are in our mid 60s and we felt the room could have been a bit brighter for our "mature eyesight." Otherwise, this was a very enjoyable stay and we would stay there again.

We stayed in a queen suite for my daughters 10th birthday. She invited friends to spend the night and swim in the indoor pool. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was really spacious and worked well. We had 2 adults and 3 kids staying and then 3 other kids and 2 more adults joined us for swimming and pizza. The front desk clerk […] let us use the dining room to eat and helped us get everything set up. The pool was a little chilly for an indoor pool, but kids dont care about that - all they care about is a swimming pool! The hot tub was a great place for the grownups to hang out while the kids swam and played. All together it was a great night and the kids had a ton of fun!! The lobby was inviting and clean when we arrived. It took no time at all to complete check-in and get our keys. The room was comfortable and better than expected! The room was very dark.. Poor lighting. It was the little things that were just off. The local restaurant information was old. the phone numbers were wrong, and the menu's were not current. Even the room number listed on the phone was wrong. I ran out of some toiletry items and the front desk had also run out, with little effort to help. We enjoyed our stay very much at the Comfort Suites although it was a little short I certainly would not have minded to stay longer. It was very convenient for us because we were visiting family in Frisco and attending church there also. I would recommend anyone to stay here the room was great. Very nice hotel, breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the pool and spa .. I will definately stay again. The only thing bad is that its adjacent to a toll highway so if you don't like to pay tolls then this might not be the right location for you

This hotel is located next to very large soccer fields. There were soccer teams plus dance and swim teams staying at the hotel. I was surprised at how little noise there was. Rudy's next door has excellent BBQ!

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that there is no vent fan in the bathroom. I had a room with 2 very comfortable queen beds. There was a sitting area with a sofa bed and coffee table.
