One of the best hotels I have stayed in. You can access it via a train from Hong Kong airport and even check your baggage ahead of the airport. I like Kowloon, as it only takes 15-20 minutes to get anywhere in Hong Kong.

W hotel staff was super helpful. Hotel is relatively conveniently located although a little far from Hong Kong island. Neighborhood is industrial, my view was to container harbor, so not the greatest.

Significant positives: location in great mall directly above train station from airport and other connecting train; room and amenities were fabulous, especially the bed--heavenly!; wonderful pool and workout facilities. Everything about the hotel itself was lovely. The only issue is the location. If you are taking cabs its not far from TST neighborhood of Kowloon and Central and other areas. If you like to walk though you are largely out of luck. Large viaducts block much of the logical walking routes.

The "W" hotel is located inside a hudge shopping mall- but that's pretty much it. There is nothing around, it's in the middle of nowhere. Better say, it's in the middle of the construction works which are currently going on just beside the hotel. I was so amazaed by the pictures and the reviews of this hotel, and was so excited to arrive and see if the reality matches the pictures. From the moment we arrived in there it was clear that I got what I expected ... and probably more. The hotel is distinguished with its amazing artistic lighing which I have never seen in any other hotel. Add to that […] the bwautiful scent spread all around the place, which together with the lighing makes a very touching combination. We have been offered an alternative room for extra space (as we have 2 children) for an additional charge, I had to take it as it was not bigger, but also had a harbour and a city view that is breath taking. 2 main features we liked about the location, first it was at nice shopping mall "Elements", second is being on top of the Kowloon station which is very stratigic MTR station that lies on the airport express line and the Disney line. We could not use the pool as the weather was too cold, however, spending half an hour at the pool side was enough to excite the whole family as it lies at the very top of the building at the 76th floor, and those amazing purple lights just make this place heavenly. The only negative side for me was that the offered room was slightly older than the first one which was reflected on the furniture and parts of the toilet room. Also in our last night somehow the housekeeping forgot the trash bag on the floor with some paper trash in it but they reacted very quickly when we reported it. Read more

Love the W Hotel - the service, the convenience and the style. Would prefer to travel into Kowloon and stay a night here even if I have an early or late flight. It takes around 30 mins to get from the airport to being checked into the room.It doesn't have the big harbour skyline views of some of the other HK hotels but some of the rooms do have a great […] view of the open water. The hotel was very clean, well kept, well furnished, with a great range of in house services; just the ones you want spa, pool, gym - and the occasional check in by management to make sure everything is how you like it. I stayed in a Fabulous Room. The hotel is modern. Has a busy kind of vibe and seems to be party central late at night - but you'd […] never know from your room so it's not intrusive at all. And it is a fun hotel. Lots of smiles and small talk. The staff are called the talent, they're all very helpful and are asked to be creative and self expressive. There's no "Good Morning" but rather a "Hello" as equals. The staff are not intrusive in any way and they are polite and they all love working there. The hotel accoutrements - bedding, pillows, gown, slippers, desk chair, couches etc are all of excellent quality. I was working so ate a bit in my room while finishing the day's work. The food was great. Love the poached red fruits with hazelnut crunch muesli and yoghurt for breakfast. And you can get a decent strong coffee. Internet prices in room are reasonable $115 HKD/day or $700/week. The pool area is very relaxed and people are friendly without being in your face. I think this is a hotel for people who like their independence. You can always go to the concierge for information about anything but they don't come to you with suggestions or tours or sights to see. So if you like to work it out yourself then this is really a great place to stay. Read more

We were there over Easter and went to the Easter Sunday Brunch - all I can say is that it was amazing - free-flowing French champagne, beautifully laid out buffet with an endless selection of excellent quality food - finished off with a dessert display with a stunning Alice in wonderland theme.
