I was almost sceptical about the hotel but was blown away right from the beginning. I was greeted by a uniformed chauffeur and another suited gentleman at the airport to escort me to my car. They were so professional and courteous. The interiors of the hotel were again serene and beautiful . My room and bathroom were tastefully decorated clean. Front desk was professional and efficient. Free breakfast every morning had a great spread of both continental and indian...the spa is a definite must do...All staff from bell boys to front desk managers were very pleasant and eager to please, service was 5 star quality, making my vacation very memorable.

Being a new hotel that just opened recently the quality of service from servers at the 3 restaurants I ate at needs improvement. On multiple occassions it took a long time to receive the bill (up to 20 minutes), drink refills or other requests. The main buffet restaurant could offer more western options as well because sometimes this was very limited depending on the day. Aside from restaurant service improvements the hotel was excellent.

There was no wifi internet available in the Hotel which was a bit surprining. The Hotel and Rooms were clean and well maintained. I usually stay in the Fortune at OMR when travelling to Chennai for business. But for a short personal visit, this was decently priced and clean and good hotel. The only thing really lacking was maybe the quality of room service.

I tried to communicate this with the staff at 3am in the morning to move my room but their ability to understand was so poor I ended up having to stay until the morning. I immediately checked out.
