I love it.
"They should call it the A...."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
For the price paid this hotel is totally worth the money. Free breakfast and no resort fees! Location right on fremont. Hotel staff were very nice compared to some higher priced hotels. Front desk was friendly at check in. Valet guys were nice. Breakfast was awesome. Room was a little dated and tired but for the rate paid it was clean, quiet and safe.
"Great Price, Poor Hotel Upkeep"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The room was a steal at the price, and it was right on the strip. Only complaints /i had were poor lobby lay-out (had to ask where the check in desk was) and poor room and elevator maintenance, the elevators shook so bad i thought we could plunge to the bottom at any moment.

Glittering, larger-than-life gambling palaces dominate Las Vegas Boulevard South, better known as The Strip. Here, hotels are destinations unto themselves. Within a three-mile stretch, visitors can see the New York City skyline, the Eiffel Tower, an Egyptian pyramid, imperial Rome, a dancing fountain, and an exploding volcano. A monorail links several hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

"HUGE LUXORIOUS ROOM"
The standard suite they had was like the best suite we have stayed at! It was like a home but only better! We stayed at the top hotels in Vegas each day in a diffrent one, encore was the best one and MGM grand was the worst. Best price wise and room too was the mirage. But if you want true luxury then go to encore!

"Must've got unlucky"
Hotel service was atrocious Very surprised that a Vegas hotel could be run like that. Thero though and hotel was gorgeous and conveniently locsted
"Encore"
Make sure to call the hotel directly to know for sure what other fees per day will be added to your cc! The addl fees per day were more than the the hotel room per night!
Many times in Las Vegas, first time at Encore. Probably one of the top3 here. I'll try to stay here again if the prices are not so unreasonable.
"Great place"
i'd stay again. The only thing the buffet is in the Wynn casion not the encore, its a little bit of a walk if you want to go to the buffet .. but what the heck u r in vegas and u do some walking

"Encore at the Wynn, Las Vegas"
Wonderful!
Very dissapointed the pool and jacuzzi closes at 6:00 pm. Had a very tiring day getting to Vegas and really needed to relax for awhile. I won't stay there again for that reason.
"encore was beautiful"
The hotel was so amazing. Every little detail was wonderful. We had a room on 9th floor with two queen beds. The room was huge and the bathroom was like a spa! Staff was very friendly would stay here again. There were a few things I wish were better.... softer towels, better buffet at wynn(had more high end food) and we could hear the club down stairs […] (just the bass, just a little). But overall I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10. Read more
"Wow!"

"Encore is what the Wynn is supposed to be"
the overall experience of Encore is much more polished and well thought out compared to the Wynn. When it comes to design, decoration, room layout, the Encore is much better. The Wynn feels like it was just a collection of high quality items thrown in together and because its expensive stuff. The rooms are more spacious and the overall design leans […] towards a modern/contemporary chic. Lots and LOTS of mirrors. The thing i can say is its a lil pricier than Wynn, rightfully so, and the views are not as nice as the Wynn's Something about waking up and opening the blinds to see an incredible view. That's missing in the Encore rooms. Atleast in my room. Also the casino floor isnt as big as Wynn. So for everything else Vegas, Wynn has it all next door. Read more

"Encore is more then I expected."
Clean and upscale rooms. Comfortable to stay in all day and order room service. Needs to have a bit more table games to be more interesting for the gamblers. Over all very satisfied.
"Encore Las Vegas"
What a refreshing hotel resort to stay at. The decor and the facilities were very modern and clean. The room we received had an amazing view of the strip with floor to ceiling windows. My husband was delighted by all the vegan choices on the menu. Even though I'm not vegan, there was plenty of choices for me as well. The best part was the service and […] the culture. It was exemplary. This hotel was all about high service standards, by using our names, greetings with smiles and all around culture of people who enjoy what they do. Read more

"Enjoy the high life"
I was in Las Vegas for a conference, I was alone. I had the most comfortable room, the best service I have ever had anywhere and would go back to the Wynn again in a minute. I felt very comfortable and welcome.
"Great stay"
Would stay here again. One of the best places on the strip and close enough to walk to where ever you may want to go next. Valet parking was a joke since it took for ever to get our car each time but it is close enough to walk to the other hotels. Would stay again for sure.
"Excellent hotel - one of the best in Vegas"
Really excellent. The rooms are great - superbly comfortable beds, all mod cons. Could be improved greatly by the addition of tea & coffee making facilities - and some complimentary water - the strategy to parch you into (very expensive) mini-bar submission is pretty effective. Being gouged on the water is maybe just a step too far. Las Vegas tap water […] stinks of chemicals and is pretty vile to drink. Or bathe in for that matter. Plus with the air con environment and the desert air you dehydrate pretty rapidly. Ate at Switch and Botero - both superb in terms of food, wine and service. Osso bucco ravioli at Botero were divine. XS is an amazing spectacle to behold at the weekends - literally thousands of party animals and some pretty wild pole dancing for entertainment. Read more
"Elegant & Comforatable With An Upscale Clientele"
I have been visiting Vegas for 35 years....stayed at the best and less. Encore is by far the best ever. Mr Wynn has created a upper crust brand that is so very comfortable and elegant. Still a fair number of poorly dressed folks, but caters to a classy crowd with impeccable service. Super (expensive) food, pristine environment and comfy huge suites. […] It doesn't get any better than this. Read more

"Room was Amazing,But with lots of hidden fees!"
Room was fantastic and hotel is beautiful. But found a dirty used cup underneath our bed and there was $300 in additional refundable deposits required to stay in room in addition to the $25 per night resort fee! And for someone with a budget , that was a lot to give. Even though it was only a deposit. Other than those things, very nice hotel(prettiest […] on the strip) Read more

"Encore!"
What can I say, nobody does it like Steve Wynn. Encore Wynn are my favorite properties in Vegas!
"My room was awesome!"
It was so spacious and well-appointed. The decoration was the right mix of modern and classic. The whole time I was there, I kept thinking "So this is how rich people live!" I'll be back when I have the money.
"Awesome"
Best hotel in Vegas
"Encore Encore"
Nice suite and luxury amenities....Beautiful decor and accommodating customer service. I definitely say "Encore at the Encore".
"I Need an Encore at the Encore"
I loved the Encore, the service, rooms, bed and food was excellent. We came to Vegas for a conference located in a resort on the outskirts of the city. We decided to arrive two days earlier to stay on the strip and found a great price for the Encore on Hotels.com. We actually were sad when we had to check out. High Five to Encore Will definitely stay […] again. Read more
"Wynn Encore - A Great Hotel, but…."
The room was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful, but the small things were missing. Let’s start with what was good. The bed was just like home, the pillows were soft and slept like a baby. The room was impeccable and the view was fantastic from the 21st floor. Service was good and the staff always said hello. Although wine and water glasses were provided, […] when we inquired about champagne glasses we had to order them from room service for $2 apiece. The waiter who delivered them actually apologized for the charge (which I considered to be gouging in this town) – therefore I tipped him an additional $5 for bringing them. That was our first notion that the little things are not being paid attention to. One big thing, though, was that I noticed was the distinct lack of people gambling and at the shops. At 11PM it kind of looked like the volume of other casinos at around 4AM. It obviously doesn’t draw many people other than those who stay there. Maybe because the “players card” is your room key and there really isn’t a “players club”. Then about the comps… literally there are none. If you’re playing video poker at the bar, your drinks are not comp’d. If you are playing the tables, waitresses came by at 30-40 minute intervals. For dinner we went to SW, but the hype didn’t match the experience - definitely a 3 star, definitely not a 4 star. The highlight was the funnel cake desert – it rocked! That being said, the buffet for breakfast was a surprise and was well worth the nominal price. Bottom line: the major aspects of the property were well polished, but the little things were annoying. If you want to gamble, don’t go here. If you want a 4 or 5 star restaurant at 3 to 4 star prices, don’t go here. If you want to shop, these shops are over the top and rarely have customers. But if all you want is a very comfortable room – this is your place! Read more
