No coffee in rooms, don't like having to walk to the lobby in my Jammie's to get a cup. Never know when i going to wake up to have it delivered. 33 floor center of building has a lot of elevator motor noise. The hotel puts a hold of $125 a day for the mini bar even if you don't want it. They also charge for Internet service of $25 per day even if you don't use it! The room was great but it's not in the center of all the action.

Only two complaints: the shower didn't drain right, but a call to housekeeping quickly fixed that. Secondly, we could hear the sounds from the XS nightclub until 4AM. And we were on the 61st floor! It actually kept us awake. Unreal.

My second stay and just as lovely as the first although on the 24th floor rather than 54th which is awesome. The personnel at this establishment are very caring about your comfort and go the extra mile. We enjoyed the outstanding buffet and SW steakhouse both of which I highly recommend. Everything was fantastic. The only exception was the room. We were given adjoining rooms and the seal around the door frame was broken. Not a big deal, but not something you'd exoect.

Hotel/Casino was great. I've been to vegas about 7 times and brought my girlfriend for her first time. We want to go back and stay at the same place. It was a great experience. We had a King Suite and it was plenty big and comfortable. I would recommend..

Awesome hotel room was large two bathrooms which was well appreciated electric controls for everything was awesome. Decor of hotel was sensational details transformed you into a wonderland, service was excellent. Best hotel in Las Vegas hands down. The SW is one of the best Steak House in the US and the Japanese was delicious. Strongly recommend

Hotel is meticulously clean and the service is far above any other hotel in Las Vegas. Restaurants & shopping are wonderful and there really is no reason to leave the Wynn/Encore property. Location is across from the mall which has beautiful stores for everyone. Gambling is also fun at the property.

When checking in, we got upgraded to a suite located at the Wynn for a small fee, the room had a view toward the golf course. The room has a his and her bathrooms, very spacious, beautifully decorated, jacuzzi, floor to ceiling windows and touch screen controlled for everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Wynn Encore tower suite was beautiful and the whole hotel is a total 5 star experience. My only quibble was that the both the Encore and Wynn casinos are not as big or varied as other comparable hotels and the walk to other casinos is a bit long. We staid at the Encore suites and it was the best service one could ask for. The only thing to suggest is dont stay above the pool area, on Friday and Saturday they have a DJ that is so loud you can feel the bass , we had our rooms changed the next day and got a 100 dollars taken off our bill. The service was superb, especially at the front desk.
