"Busy, but good service!"

One Sunday night stay, very busy but service was excellent. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Free breakfast as good as any others I've experienced. Close enough to Memphis to visit sites quickly. Casino was way too busy to waste my time there. Not many close by good reataurants, only Cracker Barrel....

I enjoyed my 3 day stay. Was in town for Family reunion that was held in West Memphis, AR. Very convenient location to West Memphis, AR and Memphis, TN. The room was spacious and very clean, the staff courteous and the continental breakfast was adequate. Overall it was a great stay.
"Not the greatest Comfort Inn"

We used this hotel as a stop over on our driving trip from Texas to Michigan. The hotel is a little difficult to get to off the freeway and is pretty much just a hotel. I will say that the carpeting was the cleanest I've seen in any hotel but that is about the extent of what was better than average here. There aren't any restaurants nearby so a little drive is needed to get to the restaurants in the area. Breakfast here was well BELOW the standard of free breakfast offers at almost all chains now. There was some little round yellow things that I suppose were eggs and some gravy. There weren't any hot biscuits, but cold ones were stored with the bread for toast. We went to breakfast at 7 a.m. and they were out of coffee! All in all, next time I'll either stop short of Marion, AR or drive a bit further.

This lovely hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE in Arkansas. We were unhappy with the 48 hour cancellation policy, but had it been different, we would have missed this gem. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was fine. The pool was still closed when we were here, but it looked inviting. This will stay on our "lets stay here again" list.

Stayed here for one night while traveling on to another state for a graduation. They sold out of rooms about two hours after we arrived. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The desk clerk gave us a good suggestion for a close restaurant. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good to get us back on the road the next morning.

I visited and stayed at this hotel for about a week just before Christmas...it was a great stay and I appreciated the evening receptionist so much-we would have great conversations in the evenings while I stayed there. It's close to almost everything and the rooms are clean and large. It's just a short drive to downtown Memphis. I would highly recommend staying here. Melisa H.
"Clean Room, Good Breakfast"
We got the last room they last night. Nikki was very friendly, and helpful. Our room large, clean, and comfortable. To cover the noise from the highway we left the AC on, it worked well! I awoke in the middle of night cold as toad frog. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of hot and cold items. My only negative is elevator that shudders at the top and bottom of its travel.

We never need The Ritz when on a road trip. Somewhere tween absence of bedbugs and Ritz Carlton suits us fine. This place was clean, comfy, well managed and priced right. The brekfast was simple but hot and tasty. In fact, the SOS was one of the best flavors of such Ive ever eaten...and told the cook that as well. Easy freeway access and close to Memphis.

All the rooms at this inn were totally renovated about six months ago with new bedding, mattresses, pillows, carpeting, etc. The sofa was quite comfortable plus there was also a comfy lounge chair with an ottoman that was a nice touch. The bathroom had a granite countertop and granite surround in the tub/shower. Room included a frig, microwave, coffee maker and had a good strong Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast area was spacious and clean with all the normal food choices. However, they did have the scrambled disk eggs that we do not like. The area was well maintained by the attendant.

Fortunately, we had a reservation, because there were no vacancies when we arrived. There was a dance competition nearby. I was worried that there would be a lot of noise. We were pleased to be in room 320, which is on the top floor on the back of the hotel, at the far end away from the elevator. We slept well. The room is HUGE...plenty of room for a couch if they wanted to put one in there. The staff was friendly. I grabbed a danish and yogurt on the way out, so can't really say much about the breakfast; however, the area looked clean.
