We specifically booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a heated indoor pool. The heater was not working so the pool was cold. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was fairly friendly; however, during our check out he became confrontational when I asked what the policy was for changing the linen on the beds.. The housekeeping stated every three days, when I stated I was going to report this, the housekeeping attendant changed the linen for us.. We did NOT sleep on the linens […] when we first arrived due to cleanliness of the sheets.. I didn't report it to the front desk until check out. I asked him in a quiet manner; however, he chose to try and talk over me and get loud. I was very upset after this incident and couldn't wait for the review.. Also, on the day of our checkout.. my husband went downstsirs for some breakfast at 8:45am and was told that there would be no more breakfast items set out.. breakfast was to end at 9:30am which would have given us plenty of time to be served all items... needless to say all that was left were hard boiled eggs and a danish!!! Great value for the price. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, free breakfast. Room had a large flat screen TV that got over 50 HD digital channels. Stayed 4 nights, bathroom floor had same coffee stains all four days, so that tells me it was never cleaned. Comforter had stains. T.V. dish service was bad. SMALL pillows for a king bed. Cheap shampoo and soap. Bath towels where of average size, a little larger than most hotels. Guess services where very nice and always greeted use in the morning. […] One front desk employee was out smoking one evening at the same time my wife and another guess was and threw his cigarette butt in the bushes, right beside the butt can, nice example! The room smelled good, felt and looked good. The staff all were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again- I have stayed at the Magnolia and Red Roof Inn , at the same location- However, they do not come close to the service and comfort of the Comfort Suites !!!

This is a fine hotel for the price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy access from the interstate (but you can't see the hotel from the road, so pay close attention to your GPS). My only complaint is this: the room we reserved was a King Suite - but the size of the room was tiny. The fold-out couch (when unfolded) swallowed up all floorspace in the […] room bumping into the TV Armoire and practically touching the King Bed itself. We had to pick up the coffee table and move it to the doorway just to be able to walk between the bed and the unfolded couch. The room is too small to be considered a suite, and the bed/couch set up would be completely ill-suited for more than a one night crash as you head North or South on i-95. The hotel and room were fine. I had to leave at 2 in the morning to visit a store for medication for my grandson. I never saw the desk employee, but there were about 8 males in the pool and when I returned there were two in the lobby one laying right in front of the check-in counter with a young lady who could have been the employee. The other standing […] male was apologetic for his friend, but it was scarey to me. Very reasonable price for the value. We stayed 3 nights. They're convenient to I95, althought a bit hard to find... had to call for directions. Don't trust your GPS. :)

Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Did not like the breakfast (eggs seemed to be microwaved or fake). The hotel pool was broken and not heated. We would stay again but the free breakfast would not be a draw. We ended up eating breakfast in a local Saint Mary's, Ga restaurant.

we have 4 kids 13-20 that stayed in our room with us.. The accomodations were just fine for an overnite stay..rate was appropriate. They were on and off the highway. a Godsend when it was close to tornado weather outside and we made a last minute booking. The only thing I would like is a better breakfast station.

We were coming back to Florida and after about 10 hour drive, we were very tired and while my husband was driving I was researching hotels in GA/FL border area. I made reservations while we were on the road and at the check in, the front desk gentleman had our reservation ready. We were pleasantly surprised. Our mini suite was nicely decorated and it […] was very comfy. There was a little wall separating the king bed and the sofa bed which provided some privacy. The room also smelled really nice and clean. It was equipped with Flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator, clean linens, plenty towels, coffee maker, etc. Wireless connection was excellent. It does have is a small indoors poor and exercising room. Breakfast was served in small area and it was also nicely decorated. Everything was delicious, pastries, fresh fruit, bagel, waffles machine, coffee, tea, 2 types of juice, scrambled eggs, etc. This is the best hotel so far that we have stayed overnight for a very good price. Neighborhood was very quiet. You can’t hear the noise from I-95 at all. It is surrounded by other hotels and there are plenty restaurants and gas stations in the area. Hotel’s staff was very polite and nice. It made our stay really pleasant. It is a little tricky to find. Just follow the GPS and pay really good attention to the name of the streets. You can easily miss the little street where it is located. I will certainly come back again on our way back in future trips. Read more
