Very pleased. Nice room, sleep number beds...for once i didnt wake up with my back killing me. You have to really search for dial though, its on side of mattress under fabric flap. The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. The chef was even a Ravens fan which was important since it was SuperBowl weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Great location close to eats, shopping and the airport.

Check in was as quick as I have ever had. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was extremely helpful with all questions and when the tv went out maintenance was in and out to fix within 30 minutes. Location was perfect for local attractions and restaurants. Myrtle Beach is only a few minutes away and main routes are easily accessible.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas while visiting family. We were 2 of 9 guests there during Christmas week. It was fabulous. Personal service, attentive (but not nosy or clingy) staff, clean rooms all at a great price. We will stay there every time we visit our folks.

one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of using. Close the beaches, staff was great, and I couldn't have asked for a better room. The air conditioner didn't work when we arrived and the maintainence staff had it fixed in fifteen minutes. Very Clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was great overral! The only small problem we had was not having our room cleaned for one day due to the conflict schedules of hotel cleaning and our outings. We almost missed getting our room cleaned the next day also. King jacuzzi sweet was nice room, comfortable, pretty clean. Fairly easy to locate hotel, decent location by a large mall. Could hear the airport but not terrible. Breakfast was great, wish it were included in cost.

I thought the stay was very nice but a little priceyl The hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and was right there at the mall with several resturants to choose from. I took my rental car back a day early and they provided cab to airport because i needed to be at the airport before 5:30 a.m. I would stay at this hotel again!!!

When we arrived the Air Conditioner was not working properly. We called they came up and worked on it, then finally the main engineer came up and fixed it. Nice location the hotel is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in all the hustle and bustle of the beach. Next to a great mall. I'd give it about 3 stars.

My niece and I stayed at this hotel while she attended her freshmen orientation at Coastal Carolina University. I found the hotel to be in a good location. The hotel is right behind the mall with plenty of places to eat nearby. I didn't get the breakfast with my room but I went to the Burger Kings next door. I would advise you to get the breakfast with […] your room because Burger King breakfast combo cost you about 5 bucks. The hotel breakfast buffet cost you 5 bucks also. Just a side note to take into consideration. It was real quite and my room was very clean. The carpet had some minor stains and the carpet outside the rooms had minor stains also. My boyfriend and I had a get away for his birthday and of course it was relaxing. I had a good time with a few minor issues. The receptionist werent as freindly and they where stingy with towels. Also the fire alarm went off, noone notified us of a false alarm and it was early in the morning and after the fact they still didnt apologize.
