The coffee was terrible, tasted like water with light coffee taste. Breakfast was bad too. The pancakes were rubbery and the eggs were not fresh.

My stay was awesome. I really enjoyed the customer service that I received at check in and check out. The fact that complimentary popcorn, coffee and bananas was available also made a difference. The staff is very friendly and helpful, location was good average in town location needs a little more monitoring during the spring break time. They did nothing to keep the kids from gathering around the doors sometimes 15 to 20 all out there smoking, I have no problem with them smoking but need a place that is covered close but away from the door. […] They may also want to address the young girls in bikinis sitting in the check in parking spaces doing wine and monster shots getting a tan. Don't what to sound like a complainer but this is not near the beach and is a business hotel. The maintenance people need to get in the rooms and fix things, the tub dripped the entire stay and was not a drip right after use but for 2 solid days, and steve the sad stick man on the mirror after a shower was entertaining but should have been cleaned off before we got there. Went to Panama City for a business meeting the next morning. Without spending a fortune to stay on the beach this is a decent place. This is a very old, smelly Holiday Inn in dire need of renovation. This is NOT up to Holiday Inn standards. I was very disappointed and let the front desk know. The employees and food were great. But this building's "glory days" are long over. For the same price you can have much better accommodations nearby.

For a last minute booking it was as good as to be expected. The bathrooms are in need of some desperate updating. The red bathtub was horrendous. They also had the microwave in the bathroom. Strange and somewhat hazardous. Overall, I would stay there again.

The rooms were outdated. I assumed it was closer to the beach. The elevators were turtle slow, and there was no shelter to unload your bags, when it rained. It was and okay experience.
