WOW what a great place to stay for the price!! The customer service at the front desk was impeccable and the room was immaculate. I loved the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room and the big screen TV was really nice too. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away. I totally recommnd this place to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel overnight before a flight out of Ontario Airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on site but does not serve lunch. For that there is a Marie Calendar's restaurant within walking distance. In fact, we could see it from our hotel window. There is a convenience store that is open 24/7 and carries […] a lot of what you might miss packing and for those late night snacks. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The lack of blackout curtains, or curtains that covered the entire window for our ground floor room facing the pool was disconcerting despite minimal guest during the time of year. A convention was going on so many young visitors at the hotel. People staying in the room above us started parting between rooms 412 & 409. The floor isn't sound proof so we could hear the continuous walking between rooms. By 10 Pm we wanted to get to sleep but the trampling continued so we went to the lobby to tell them what was going on. My We made […] 5 trips to the lobby and were reassurred each time that something would be done but nothing stopped until around midnight. But that was because they moved over to room 409, the room directly across the hall from us -occupied by our daughter & her husband and they said was noise continued from 12 -3 AM. At 5 AM the walking started again and this time we could tell they were jumping on the floor to wake us up since they knew we complianed. The staff told us that the kids in the room above us would be told to leave the hotel if they didn't quiet down, but nothing we were told occurred. Very disappointed with how the hotel staff; because the kids in the room above us were part of a group they seems to of had more rights than the indiviaual coustomer. Read more

I was on the second floor and the room right above me sounded like a horse race was going on. I heard EVERY foot step they took, I could even hear their cell phones on vibrate.
