First time staying somewhere other than a casino / hotel and was happy with the choice. Room was very nice and equipped with everything I needed - pretty much a furnished 1 bedroom apartment with blender, microwave, stove, silverware, plates, glasses etc.- just like a real kitchen! Unfortunately didn't get a room with much of a view but they do have […] some. Probably better off going through hotel directly to get a better choice of rooms with views of the strip etc. Had a small problem with toilet running but was overall very happy and will probably be back. Great place if you don't want the casino in your hotel. I loved coming back from a long night and walking through the hotel lobby and halls and it was all quiet. Not hearing all the machines ding ding ding was nice. I would stay here again.

This a Time Share on the strip. For about the same price or less than I would have gotten a hotel room on the strip, I got a one bedroom furnished apartment. Full Kitchen, large flat screen, DVD player, sunken tub and a very comfortable bed. Nice gym too. You are a very short walk to Planet Hollywood, MGM Grand, Aria, the Cosmopolitan, and the Monte […] Carlo. They even have a small store on site to buy things you may want to cook with in your room. If you cant find it there you can head a very short distance to either the Walgreens or CVS. The roof top pool is small and very shallow but we got some great Las Vegas rays up there any way. Polo towers was the perfect place to stay in Vegas! Just a minute's walk from the middle of the strip! We loved having a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher and everything so we didn't have to eat out for every meal! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Vegas.

We loved it!!!! It was nice to be so close to the strip but not have to stay in a casino. We had our own kitchen which saved us a lot of money. It was a very convenient location to get everywhere. Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful with any needs.

Terrible housekeeping (required to call front desk if you need towels or toilet paper), limited access to in room thermostat (if you'd like to change the temperature in your room, you are required to call front desk, they in turn call maintenance), very inconvenient. Take your business elsewhere.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean, well maintained for the most part. Swimming pool is nice. Only 3 1/2 foot deep but it keeps you cool. Has comfortable pool chairs and covered cabanas. BBQ grill for grilling but must reserve. 1 bedroom villa was very nice, lots of space and comfortable. Having a fridge was nice. They have a small grocery store on […] site that is very price compareable to actual grocery store. Check in was quick and easy. Although, they offered many many times for us to do the tour of their property to sell time share. We declined once but they did keep asking. Has shuttle service to grocery store but it only runs 3 days a week. Shuttle to other places is limited. Staff was all very friendly and willing to please. We would definaetly stay there again. Especially for the cost and what we got for the price. Much nicer than rooms at other places on the strip. Read more

Wonderful place; will definately go back here again. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen spotless and well-equipped. Close to everything, yet not right on the noisy strip. Safe too, allowing only people with room keys up in the elevators.

Great Hotel. Not having all the Smoke, since this hotel has no casino floor was nice. Pool :) spectacular views. My Room had a Murphy bed. Was not sure about this selection, the Bed was most comfortable. Room amenities work perfect for our extended stay. Close to the Miracle Mile Mall! Walked over for Breakfast each morning :)

We loved our stay. It's still very close to the strip. The.Planet Hollywood Mall was so close we eat.there and plus they had a small market with good prices right inside the hotel. Murphy bed was comfortable. We will.definitely stay there again on all our trips to Vegas. Oh and we loved the.roof.top.pool.

No complaints whatsoever. The staff was competent and friendly. The room was well more than what I needed (almost as large as my son's apartment in Germany). We had a great stay at the Polo towers. On the strip and walking distance to New York, New York and other casinos. Room setup for a large family was great. It had a room plus a studio attached. 2 Bathrooms! Great service and rooftop pool. Great trip.

Great location in the middle of the strip but set behind some buildings that are directly on the strip so there isn't much foot traffic in front of the hotel, which is a nice respite from the high volumes of people on Las Vegas Blvd. Only thing that was difficult was figuring out how to drive up to the hotel. It took a couple of turns around the block […] to find the driveways that actually get to the hotel. There was some noise from delivery and construction trucks around the hotel but it was very quiet inside the hotel. Staff was wonderful and the fitness room was nice. Great stay for the price. The room waa very samll compared to the time I stayed there beofore. The room was HOT and the A/C was extremely loud making it hard to get any sleep as it cycled on/off. I will not stay there again. There are much nicer hotels in Las vegas for the price.

I've stayed at the Polo Towers for short business trips to Vegas, after using a timeshare week there several years ago. The single "lock-out" unit is well-priced with a small kitchenette. It's clean, comfortable, and right across from Aria so very convient. However it is geared for the tourist, not the business traveler. When I arrived in late afternoon […] the checkin was backed up so I went on to my mtg at a different hotel. Check-in is slow and they send you to the concierge who is set up to sell to tourists. The key didn't work on the elevator and the concierge's solution was to put me in the check-in line. There needs to be a shortened process for business travelers. Read more

Great location in the center strip. Easy walk to Planet Hollywood or City Center and Monte Carlo. Only knocks were 1) I was surprised I had to go to a different floor for ice and 2) that my "studio" queen bed was really a Murphy bed that folded into the wall. The bed actually was not too bad despite that.

My husband and I spent two days in Polo, after four days in Aria casino. We were tired of walking too much to get off the casino and too much agitation. We don't gamble and wanted to see the city. In Polo Towers we accomodated in an ample confortable room that could easily be shared in four people (two couples), with living room and complete kitchen, […] perfect to prepare snacks between meals. I only missed a hair dryer but I feel they could offer it if I had asket, so willing to please us were the staff. I strongly recomend Polo Towers for the ones who whant to spend less, to know the city by walking and don't care too much about staying inside a casino all the time. Great choice! Read more

Polo Towers have great 1 bedroom suites; they're spacious and have a lot of convenience amenities, like a full refridgerator, microwave, place settings, cooktop, etc. It's a little inconvenient getting across the street City Center from there since you can't cross-directly, but have to cross on either side. Other than that, great location.

Our stay would've been better if we'd known that 'murphy bed' meant pull-out couch and if our air conditioner had ever worked. The maintenance guy told us "You just push the button" which did essentially nothing. Our room never got below 75 and we ended up being better off just leaving our door open at night. To extend our stay, the hotel couldn't match […] hotels.com rate, so we had to book on hotels.com and then re-call the hotel itself to keep our same room. The staff in person was extremely friendly, but very rude over the phone. The hotel's checkout time is 10:00 AM, when we asked for a late check out and they offered us 30 minutes!! Lame! It is located right on the strip and a quick walk away from Planet Hollywood, Mile of Mall and tons of food and drinking options. Valet is quick and they dont expect a tip each time, they do not charge for overnight parking or a "resort" fee. I think we paid $10 a night for wife. Good option for a quick trip and great value. I really liked the studio I had at Polo Towers. They may be a bit small but it has everything you need and how much time do you really spend in your hotel when you're in Vegas? The location is great...maybe 100 yards from the strip at most. The only gripe I have is that my mini-fridge didn't work at all and they cleaned my room despite my do-not-disturb […] doorhanger (although to be fair, it was nowhere to be found when I got back so it may have been missing when they got to my room). Also, the rooftop pool was "closed for renovations"...it's winter time so hopefully they will have it up and running for summer. I would definitely stay here again as long as my fridge works.
