Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

Located in Shenzhen (Futian), Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen is close to Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Shenzhen Golf Club, and Huanggang Port. Also nearby are Huanggang Border Crossing and Shenzhen Museum.
Hotel Features.
Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen has a full-service spa, a health club, and an indoor pool. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. "Great place if you have to stay in Shenzhen"
Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, close to businesses & Free Trade Zone. Great restaurant and decent lobby lounge.
"The Futian Shangri-La is Shangri-La"
Stayed here for 8 nights and it is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms, extremely comfortable beds, lobby and restaurant are all outstanding, but it's the service that is truly special.The warmth and helpfulness of the staff is wonderful. Wouldn't stay anyplace else!

Beautiful hotel, courteous staffs, fast check in, beautiful large room--more like a suite than a room, buffet restaurant is excellent, 5 minutes walk to a shopping malls and restaurants, free internet. I would love to stay at this hotel again, when I come back to Shenzhen.
"High quality accomodation"
Excellent hotel at expected standard, but location currently a building site. The location is not as close to SZCEC As expected - 15 minuntes walk not appreciated after a 9 hour working day. Hotel enjoys a superb pool but stupis swimming cap rules !

très bon hotel pour les affaires. les chambres sont confortables, petit déjeuner buffet très varié et très bon. Le déjéuner buffet au CAFE ZEN est fantastique, c'est parfait. 最大感受是服务很周到。酒店整体装饰不错。住在35楼，想拍外景，可惜玻璃窗外墙过脏，影响效果未拍，留下些许遗憾，不过总的来说都很满意，值得推荐。

タクシーから降りて、チェックインカウンターまで荷物を持ってくれるスタッフがいなく、自分で持っていった。 香水なのかわからないが、ホテル内全体の匂いがきつ過ぎる。 部屋はスイートなので、広く申し分無いのは当たり前だが、サービスが金額に値するかは疑問・・・。
