This hotel is great for those wanting an American hotel setting. The rooms are very large by european standards and quite comfortable. The location is good if you need to be close to the airport but still want to walk to dinner and shops, but it isn't convenient for the tourist spots.

The rooms are very small. Ok for one person or a couple, not ok for two friends, as they won't have space to move or place their luggage. The hotel is new and well maintained, but doesn't offer breakfast included with the room fare. The location is not good for tourism. The only attraction nearby is Chora Church and requires at least 20 minutes walking […] up hill. The tram transportation stops just in front of the hotel. Buy the Istambul card for better fares. The hotel offers airport shuttle for 40,00 Euro: Thats a robbery!!!!!! You would pay at most 40,00 Turkish Lira by taxi. Read more

It says it is a 5 star hotel. Nonsense! It is a good place, but 4 star at best. On very busy street, so I got a room facing the interior section & pool. But....on Sat nites many hotels in Istanbul host weddings, so our hotel courtyard was full of wedding attendees and disco music til midnight. Biggest problem: WiFi signal in the room is so weak that […] we had to go out in the hallway to Skype. Another issue: the hotel description said "airport shuttle" but that meant that you could pay $50 for a shuttle (no worries, a taxi costs $20). We thought breakfast was included, but we were wrong...still can't figure out the misunderstanding about that. However, the breakfast at the hotel was great. The staff was helpful. Be aware that the name of the hotel's district, Topkapi, does NOT mean you are near the Topkapi Palace....the hotel is at least 5 miles away. On the positive side, we were 1/2 block away from AMAZING ancient fortress walls that were wonderful to walk around. And the tram to Sultanameht stops in front of the hotel, so you're there in 10 mins for $1.75 fare. Lot of taxis, too. Overall the hotel met our needs, but wasn't anything special, but that's Istanbul in the high season--you pay 100% more for less than you'd like to get. Read more

Very nice service, clean rooms better than regular US HolidayInn hotels, it is just in front of the light train so that is very nice, very good for the price you pay. We took the Turquish bath experience and they have a nice little spa. Good for the price.

The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely horrible !!!! There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls and various fixtures. The elevator floor was filled with dried-on gum. The traffic in front of the hotel was horrific which obviously made it difficult to sleep. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. It did not live up to 5 […] star quality standards. This is a reasonable hotel in a fairly well connected spot: some surprisingly positive points and a few negatives. As others have pointed out this is not a 5 star hotel by Western European or North American criteria. Negatives; + Location on a six lane motorway: rooms at the front must be extremely noisy. + Rooms themselves, though fairly spacious […] and comfortable are basic and bare - what's wrong with a bit of in-room artwork? + The bathrooms are not well ventilated and smallish. + Some of the public areas, particularly the reception, lifts and stairs are tired and need updating. Positives: + A tram stop outside means that the hotel is equidistant from the airport and centre of town: about 20-30 minutes to each . + The spa and fitness facilities are excellent, well equipped gym, nice steam and sauna area and a pleasant even quite grand hamam are all included in the price. + Others of the public areas - particularly around the pool are pleasant and relaxing. + Wifi is pretty good and the free wired terminals with printers downstairs a bonus. + Front desk staff are helpful and accommodating - responding positively to our request for a pool view room. + Buffet breakfast is above average. All in all I would opt for a more central location in the future but this hotel has a lot of facilities and might well suit business travelers or families seeking a bit of restbite from the mayhem of downtown - particularly in the summer when the pool and deck area would be a real winner. Although it is rather a four star than a five star hotel, we had a nice overall experience. Rooms are somewhat small but we did not spend much time in the hotel anyway. Being able to use the spa in the morning was great - sauna, steamroom and pool, but you have to pay extra for the jacuzzi. Staff was helpful and smiling. Hotel is located close to a […] tram stop from which it only takes about 15 min to get to Istanbul center. Note that the tram is usually overcrowded especially the evening time. I would recommend travelers to choose a hotel closer to the city center, even if you get less comfort for the same price. Read more

Ett trevligt hotell . Bra med spårvagnen direkt utanför . Trrevlig personal. Ett par minus dock : Böneutropet som väcker tidigt på morgonen !! Kallt otrevligt ljus i badrummet .

１１月上旬に４泊しました 中心部から少し外れますが、ホテルの目の前がトラムのパザルテッケ駅で、１５～２０分乗ればスルタンアフメット駅です 周りには何も有りませんが、徒歩５分程度の隣駅であるチャパ周辺にはレストラン、パン屋も多く食事には不自由しません（朝夕共に食べていました、ビールが飲める店も有ります） 建物は新しくありませんが清潔だし、通りの騒音や、部屋の水回りの音も少し有りますが価格を考えれば納得できると思います

Dieses Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel ich würde eher sagen 3+. Kostenlos war Schwimbad, Türkisches Bad, Sauna und Dampfbad (welches Defekt war, also nicht benutzbar).

Das Hotel war nach deutschen Standard keine 5 Sterne, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Sehr angenehm war der Außenpool. Leider sind die Preise in der Hotelbar zu hoch, so dass wir diesen Service, wie die meisten, am Pool nicht genutzt haben (Beispiel: ein 0,3l Bier ca. 4 €). Das Hotel liegt außerhalb, ist aber durch die Straßenbahn (direkt vor der Tür, […] eine Fahrt ca. ,-75 €; alle 5 - 20 min eine Bahn bis in die Nacht) sehr gut mit der Innenstadt verbunden, dass es für uns sehr gut geeignet war. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, aber die typischen Hotelecken waren leider nicht geputzt (hinter dem Sessel lag noch ein Schloss und eine Nagelfeile des Vorgängers). Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet gut, aber leider jeden Tag das gleich. Die Buffet-Zeiten waren nur bis 10:00 Uhr, somit hatten Spätaufsteher manchmal das Nachsehen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen. Buon hotel in zona semi centrale, collegato alle principali attrazione da un tram veloce, con fermata davanti. Certo che non e' un 5stelle ma un buon 4stelle. Turisticamente impreparati gli impiegati della reception.
