I was pleasantly surprised. I thought if I'm paying for a cheap room, it would look 'cheap' as well. Absolutely the opposite. My flight arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to find a room for me. The room was great. Clean and roomy. Pillows were way too soft for me, but overall I would definitely stay there again. Easy access to highway, and lots of places to pick up a quick bite to eat. No complaints about this place.

My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

Find accommodations. I just wish they had two elevators since the layout of the hotel is so long. But that is a small point. The stay was fine. I'd go there again.

"Short stay in Rochester"
This was a good hotel for the price, really clean and updated. We had a room with a king bed, everything was clean and tidy, there was a flatscreen in the room, the bathroom was really clean and the room did not smell like some cheap motel room. We stayed there because it was two blocks away from our friend who we were visiting, but if you are traveling […] to Rochester in particular it might be a little far for you. There is a Starbucks, a Friendly's, and a really good sushi restaurant right near the hotel. The breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts but if you don't want to eat at the hotel there is a Friendly's right next to them. The only problem we encountered was when we got to the hotel at 2 am there was no parking spots left but you can park on the Friendly's parking lot and they will not tow you. Read more

"Comfort Inn Rochester-Nice Hotel"
We stayed 2 night while in Rochester for a volleyball tournament. Can't complain. Very clean, very quiet, great breakfast. If I had one issue, the bathroom is a bit small but nothing we could not work around.

"Comfort Inn in Pittsford NY was very good!"
When we arrived, we checked in with no problems. We requested a room with a king-size bed and that's exactly what we got. Everything was quiet, clean and neat. We had to leave early before the official check out time due to a prior engagement so we got a few containers of yogurt from the fridge in the lobby and we were on our way!
"Solid hotel - close to Wegmans"
When I come to Rochester, I usually stay at this hotel. Mainly because it's a little less expensive than the Holiday Inn Express & it's just as good. Free breakfast, nice guest services, I only think some of the upkeep could be a bit better (my sink had a slow drain, for example). Other than that, fine and dandy.
"Convenient and adequate"
Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean and service was adequate. No complaints. We would stay there again.
This hotel was very loud - I could hear all of the hall noise, the plumbing was very loud - every time a toilet was flushed, or a sink or shower used, the noise was very loud. There was also a very loud refrigerator in the room that I unplugged. Also, there was no hot water. The room was clean, but not very comfortable.

"Loved it!"
The hotel was new, immaculate and quiet. It is on a busy street with a busy highway nearby, but once inside we heard nothing! There was a Friendly's on one side and a Pizza Hut on the other. Decent value and certainly clean. I liked the "nod" to energy-use controls through guest option to re-use same linens and towels for more than one night. Breakfast coffee is absolutely awful--thin, tannic, and stomach-churning acidic--had to make trip to nearby Starbucks, an inconvenience early in the morning. Check-out easy. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's easy to get to, clean, comfortable. Breakfast included--with make-your-own waffles, always a nice touch. Perfectly fine place to stay.

"Good value and very clean"
While the hotel room and bath were small, it contained everything we needed from microwave and fridge, to coffeemaker. The room seemed new and it was very clean. Nice friendly staff. I would stay at this hotel again.
